They prey on young college students. $334 is completely excessive charging. Do not go to the *** near A&M. There is nowhere to park and when you go in for three minutes, youll find your vehicle towed.

PSA. I think this company engages in predatory towing. Be aware of your surroundings as you park in **************************. College students and visitors in and around ***** A&M should be prepared if you park, even for a very short time that your vehicle will be towed. The tow trucks are not parked within plain sight. Even when there is ample parking spaces available in the lots that they patrol; you will be towed. Towing signage/warnings are not visible to people that are parking in and around ***************************Over $300 for a tow is excessive.

Unfortunately, this company engages in predatory towing. Long story short: on 11/17/2023 I parked at ********* on *************. in *************** **, thinking I'd get something quick to eat and then go home and rest since I was feeling unwell. Once I parked, I thought I'd run to the *** across the street to see if I could find a kind of coconut water that sometimes helps me feel better; I ended up spending most of my time in *** in the bathroom as I was very dizzy. Only to come back (not having found the coconut water) to ********* and find that my car had been towed. Even as I was not well before, this made everything worse: I ran inside, and one of the ********* employees (he might have been the manager) actually immediately turned around and ran outside, and I think he reached the tow truck but didn't tell them that I was right there, I think he could have stopped the towing, since I was back (I was only away no more than ***** minutes due to not feeling well). Sick as I was, I had to call an Uber, go to the towing place (in the middle of nowhere and it was dark. The attendants there proceeded to make fun of my accent, and were very pushy for me to sign some kind of form. When I started asking questions, why they were making me sign the form, the attendant intimidated me by pushing the panic button for several seconds, which made a very high sound (all I had done was ask a question). I felt extremely intimidated after that and signed their forms.
