      I ordered 4 surface mount lights for exterior use for our work truck. 2 weeks after installation they started getting water inside the light. Vehicle has never been in an automated car wash only washed with our hose and water at the shop. Speed Tech said they will not warranty the lights because the vehicle had been washed and is only a warranty item if damaged by rain which makes 0 sense. The lights are advertised as an exterior surface mount which means being mounted outside the vehicle.

      This customer placed an order on August 24, 2022 and emailed our customer service email regarding an issue with *********/Green ***** 360 6 LED on Oct. 10th, 2022.

      Our representative went through troubleshooting questions regarding the product and several steps of the product warranty and replacement options.

      Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. As expected, we were able to find a solution for this customer.

      ********************** appreciates the support of our customers and strives to reach mutually satisfactory resolutions to all customer requests; we are happy we were able to in this instance.

      I purchased multiple products from this company and I then received a email asking for a picture of my id and I was like ok then they asked for a signed invoice and I was like ok to that as well but then they asked for a picture of my credit card and I didn't feel comfortable sending that but I did send my id and signed invoice and I was even nice enough to send a copy of the charge in my bank account and apparently that wasn't good enough and I just dont trust things like this and no one that I have talked to about this has ever heard of a company asking for a picture of the customers card.

      I purchased TIR arrow stick emergency light in order to use it for our fire company traffic unit. We had issues with it last year where the light basically skipped the mode we were using. It switched patterns on its own and then seemed to have forgotten the full flash mode. I called and the customer service agent who basically said the flash pattern I was referring to didnt exist. I sent her a video of it and a video of the issue and then they sent me a new controller. Now we are having the same issue again so I had to set an a light back to them so they could fix it. When I called them to check the status of the light they told me that there isnt anything they can do that any light they sell will do the same in cold temperatures. This should have been listed in the description of the light before I bought it. They know that this is an issue but they did not let the customers know before they make purchases of their lights. I think this is should be considered fraud because No one knows this until they buy their product. We need this light for emergency purposes and it only works in warm weather. The current price of the light is $439.99 before taxes. I want a refund.

      ********************* placed this order on Amazon on November 24, 2022. We spoke with him yesterday regarding his refund request and at this time he withdrew this request. He asked to keep the merchandise instead of a refund. **** decision was due to his original form of payment being no longer active, and he was unsure if Amazon would be able to complete the refund. We have worked with the customer and replaced the unit entirely for him and he is taken care of and happy now. This happened after he left the review here with the BBB.
