    I purchased a Tailgate light strip from STL. For one the light was not as advertised, the brightness was extremely bad and it was not working as advertised by ***. I have tried to resolve this matter with the company, but they don't want to take responsibility for the cost to return the item, and they will not accept the fact that the light strip is not working.

    I ordered 4 surface mount lights for exterior use for our work truck. 2 weeks after installation they started getting water inside the light. Vehicle has never been in an automated car wash only washed with our hose and water at the shop. Speed Tech said they will not warranty the lights because the vehicle had been washed and is only a warranty item if damaged by rain which makes 0 sense. The lights are advertised as an exterior surface mount which means being mounted outside the vehicle.

    This customer placed an order on August 24, 2022 and emailed our customer service email regarding an issue with *********/Green ***** 360 6 LED on Oct. 10th, 2022.

    Our representative went through troubleshooting questions regarding the product and several steps of the product warranty and replacement options.

    Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. As expected, we were able to find a solution for this customer.
