  It has been since 2021 since we paid for help on a reductoon of sentence for my son. No contact. No nothing. Has all my sons paperwork and everything. I dont even have anything to start over with to hire a reputable lawyer. Do not trust these people. Should be against the law to take an inmates money and give them hope. Poor people cant afford to lose ******* for nothing. This is so sad.

  There is absolutely no communication whatsoever with this company. Even when I made it clear that the service was no longer an option anymore. As we can't go against the parole board in this matter. Never get a call back but instead I got a sketchy text message reply stating that we already submitted for a review. This is impossible to do without any signatures and insufficient client information to say the least. This company is only here to collect money. That's all they know how to talk ot communicate about. I had to hire legal help and or lawyers before in the past and never had so much quietness to my questions or comments.I simply was trying to provide client information but got blatantly ignored.I caution anyone who needs this service. Please don't be fooled by the claim that they are an accredited business. They are very unprofessiona. l am asking for a full refund. We absolutely do not need the service.

My son, ****, was taken on as a client last year. ******* has been in contact with me to keep me informed until his parole later this year and he can come home. Prison is a difficult experience for the inmates as well as their families and we need someone there for us.******** *.

  This Company is BS! I hired ******* to do a Sentence Reduction for my loved one and he hasn't done anything and we paid him $1600.00. He took my loved one paperwork and never returned them back. ******* is a Theif and he does not communicate with people.

  Great news my son is coming home after 4 years be denied and finally last year I had enough it was like my son was just seen as a number and not a person. I searched and read reviews and came to the conclusion I would have to hire Parole Express the price was manageable fair and the service was great professional yes kind and personal. We thought he would have to serve his whole sentence but no he is coming home soon and we are so excited. God has placed his hand on my son and worked though Mr. **** and his defense team. Thank you God for the blessing and for leading me to Parole Express. Yall did a great Job God Bless yall many times over

  This is a complete scam. As a former client, I wrote him several times. He responded quickly. When I paid him in full the response time was very slow, if I got one at all. Several other inmates that I talked to have said the same. They can not leave review because they are still behind bars. ******* is rude and a liar. The lawyers he says that are on your case deny this when you contact them. When you ask for copies of his work and what he has sent to the parole board you get ignored. He can not practice law himself. He always states that his service is the cheapest around. That is fine but when you do nothing, the service is worth nothing. Because my parole is my freedom, his fraud caused possible a longer stay. He simply doe not care about your loved ones.

  All you get from Parole Express is promises and false dreams. They will take your money and not actually do anything on your incarcerated loved one's behalf. I hired Parole Express and they told me since I have an attitude about my money and their services I could go somewhere else and dont call them when my son comes up for reviewRicardo Baca *******************, MBA was very unprofessional ..

  All you get from Parole Express is promises and false dreams. They will take your money and not actually do anything on your incarcerated loved one's behalf. I hired Parole Express when it was still Parole Zoom and they have done nothing for my husband but sent him a few JPays and made-up excuses of why they were doing nothing. They act like they have an attorney on staff, ********, but in reality, *********************** ***** is running the organization after losing his attorney license due to fraud and serving time in TDCJ. Beware he is a scam artist and fraudster. If I could leave a 1/10th star review I would!
