    Bad Boy Riding Mower Repair with XYZ Mechanical ******* **. Picked up from my home Jul 22, 2022. Has never been fixed, never kept me in the loop, never said can fix, never said unable to fix. Today is Feb 18, 2023 and I have never heard back from him, he never answers the phone or my text. When I bought riding mower from Tractor Supply ******** **, I also bought the extended warranty. When I needed repair they said their provider is XYZ mechanical, warranty company called XYX mechanical and set up appointment for them to pick up the mower. It has been 7 months and I never heard back from XYZ Mechanical, the riding mower has not been returned to my Home. The warranty company, Assurion/Tractor Trailer Protection Plan said they arent responding to their phone calls or emails. So I am without a riding mower, XYZ Mechanical has ghosted me, has never called me with status of it can be fixed or waiting on parts and that extended warranty that I bought at Tractor Trailer Supply ******** **, that I thought would help are no help at all. Dont buy from Tractor Trailer Supply and dont buy extended protection plan from Assurion/Tractor Trailer Supply Protection Plan.
