      My daughter **** ******** began talking to ***** one of the owners about buying a home in March 2021. I was and am recovering from *********** so she had my permission to act on my behalf. Was told that due to covid that it would be june orJuly 2021 . I Finally in August went and signed the final papers in August 2021. was told then that It would be September 2021 for delivery, receceived home in late September 2021.

      Had to pay someone $100.00 to get in my new home.
      We could not get into our home cause ***** went to ****** on vacation. He had the only set of keys. I left several messages for ***** to call me, he refuses to even talk to me and I am the owner not my daughter, if he wants me to know something he calls my daughter and not me, no matter if you like me or not I deserve to have respect. After 2 weeks of waiting to get the keys to my home my husband ****** ******** had to drive to the company to pick up the keys because ***** refused to deliver them.

      I contacted the **** ******* Company to find out when my first payment would start. Was told by them that ***** had not turned any paper work into them. They also told me about a form to fill out about any damage or repairs that needed to be done..Was told that ***** would contact me about this form.....again he contacted my daughter and she took pictures of the repairs that needed to be done......as of this date no repairs have been done. **** has contacted 3 times with no responce for 3 weeks these repairs deed to be done ASAP

      To get a referral for this company or any company you need to treat your customer like a person and respect them and treat them that you will always need customers for you to succeed.

      I am sorry to hear about your experience with your home purchase. You appointed your daughter **** ******** to handle this purchase for you and I have been in close contact with her from day one. Your home was a special order home to be built specifically for you. As soon as the Factory changed the dates on when the home would be completed and arrive at my lot I always immediately updated **** as you asked me to do. ******* ***** is where your home was ordered from and they have been having the worse year as far as being able to get materials to build homes. Due to shortages of material and labor your dates did change and you were updated with that and wanted to stay with the deal seeing my home was the best price for what you wanted. I did everything I could to get the factory to speed up the process and they did move your home up a month for me when I told them about your situation with your AC. I offered to install window units for your home at my cost while you waited on your new home to arrive. Yes your home was delivered to you while I was on a family vacation in ******* that had been planned for a year, I tried to cancel but I was going to loose all the money I put up so I decided to go for the kids. It is unfortunate that your keys were locked away. That was my fault I forgot to get them out of the vault before I left.
      This is the first time I heard about you being out 100 dollars to move into your home. I was told our installers left the doors unlocked and it was reported to my GM that you were happy. I will be more than happy to reimburse you for that expense.
      Your service repairs have been scheduled and we had someone at your house yesterday. I have been in contact with **** about the schedule and I have done the best I can do to get your repairs done. You have a one year warranty from the manufacture and I represent you with that warranty. If anything goes wrong with your new 2021 ******* home please contact me and I will put a work order in to get you taken care of.

      I agree somewhat with his answer, I also understand that this Covid deases has hurt in some way for everyone, yes the repair man came and did some work, I did not expect his work before he left and he did tell me that he would be back the next day to do some more work felt that a man of his age and experience would have done the job correctly,,,,but,,,,he did not he added to my problems, he moved the front door so it would work better in doing so he messed up the electrical outlet now the front porch light will not work, he basically did a horrible job and made more mess than before,
      Since this guy will not talk with me I felt I was right into getting the BBB involved
