    We purchased Newly built home by Lennar Aug 27, 2021. Upon walk thru we complained about unsightly large blemish in the middle of the bar island in kitchen. I was assured this would be taken care of and even told by Lennar@Truebluesurfaces (*******) that this would be taken care of. I filed many request online with Lennar beggining 8/30/21 9/29/2021 10/14/21. then into 2021 thru and including 8/1. 8/09 8/11 8/20. I have all these case number 04262177/04310526 /94786162/04804397/ ********...... Lennar conveniently drops off each complaint and closes each as status CLOSED---- never bothering to just replace the request piece of defected granite. we have CALLED--- emailed and tried every source to solve this problem. We have sent emails to *******.**** alanperez stuartmiller ***************** **********************. The only people that have shown any inkling they could fix this was a nice person ***************************** and ******* from trublue surfaces.Someone named ***** not only has been very rude and refuses to even come look at this .
