    Date of Transaction:02/10/2022 Cash purchase of 2016 Chevrolet Malibu $16,000 Place of purchase : Lipscomb Chevrolet ,Burkburnet Tx MILEAGE : 127,801 ISSUE: My daughter gave birth on February 23 ,2022 to my grandson with medical condition.We first notice the smell of oil burn and decided to have it checked out.We then Learn that the oil pump is going out on it after getting it checked at A plus auto repair and the next thing i called the dealership and explain to them what we found out. the sales manager said that he could run it on the diagnostic machine up there and whatever work needed to be done on it he would give us the parts at their price but I would have to pay the labor a $110 an hour Which I do not have Because I'm a disabled widow who got alittle of backpay and wanted my daughter ********* ***** (a single mother of 2) to have a dependable transportation especially fOr my grandson's medical issues. So just to get to the point we spent $16000 on this car we haven't had it longer than 2 and a 1/2 to 3 months she hasn't driven it no longer than 300 miles and the car does not run we have no car now.cant afford to fix it . no can you please help us figure this dispute out because I do feel like I was sold at lemon there has to be a lemon law of some kind. I felt like we've been done wrong please help us.Thank you.

    Received a call from ***********************, pre-owned car sales manager. Expected good service but ended up arguing. Found a car I liked, but it wasn't ready. Went through finance options, found one, but the car was dirty with a nasty dent. Agreed to buy, promised it'd be ready by Thursday/Friday fixed and cleaned, but kept getting delayed. Had a situation arise Thursday where I needed a vehicle due to an accident with my previous vehicle and so I ask the dealership if they could help. Got a loaner car that reeked of smoke, and only a quarter tank of gas, I felt insulted as if they could care less about their customer. Finally got the car, but it was rushed, with new issues. Left a 2-star review on ******* dealership offered free oil change to change it, refused my counteroffer for 2 tires. They reach out tonight with an email asking what the car salesman could do better and I respond with "Change Dealerships, then I would recommend you". I then get a phone call and argue with the man about our differences claiming I'm holding them hostage and taking advantage of the situation. I'm not getting anything for this but more and more awful experiences with this dealership. Terrible experience wouldn't recommend. I will note that I do enjoy the car even as is. I do wish these issues were handled but if it could have been done at any other dealership, I would have preferred that more!
