I would rate this company in the negative if it was an option. For the last 8 weeks we been reaching out to ******************************* trying to get them to first inspect foundation under the guidelines of their lifetime under structure work performed on 5-23-2022. We purchased the property shortly after this wok was performed and made sure to pay to transfer lifetime warranty. After one month of calling and text almost daily and not hearing back for numerous days in between ****** agree to inspect foundation one month after jumping through hoops and being blown off. A week after he claimed to inspect foundation we were final able to get him on the phone again. At that time via phone and text he confirmed the foundation needed adjustment and would schedule. The games and non returned calls started all over again and lasted another month or so until today when the crew shoulder up to make adjustments what the crew actually did was remove and handful of shims and placed 160lbs in the center of two rooms so it would settle. The problem is the whole homes needs leveling. I called around 10am upon arriving to the home to my surprise no crew present and no work being performed. I reached out to ****** he didnt answer as always so a couple texts later he finally called back to state we only replaced a few beams etc and in less words stated they werent responsible. As a contractor we had another foundation crew go in weeks ago and inform us that the whole foundation had new beams which ****** down played to wash his hands of liability. His foundation work didnt even last 18 months from the start of reaching out to him. Last summer when the property was acquired, the foundation was already in disarray, and we never got around to the Remodel until a year later. I could confidently say that his foundation work doesnt last six months from the first time that we walked into the property. Nothing is changed and told the condition its in today. Beware of this man and their games!
