    THE WORST DEALERSHIP I think I have ever come in contact with. I was promised a loaner car after they still havent replaced my motor after 2 months, and they keep giving me the runaround. We were promised week after week and so I came to the conclusion that they were just trying to pacify me while they handed off loaners to others, while giving me **** excuses for another one to come in. I have been without a car for over 2 months because they refuse to push my approval through so you can see the urgency in needing the loaner and why it was such a big deal. ****** is the Service Advisor we have been dealing with and half the time he either doesnt answer or it takes him forever to respond. No one will ever understand a situation of this nature until they go through it themselves so I guess this is why he really doesnt take the time to help. If I could give this dealership a 0 I would. Everyone at this dealership is rude, the operators and or service advisors. I do not see how they are still in business. Bad, bad customer service all the way around.

    This place is a joke. Especially the service department. They will notify you that a service is due, let you schedule the service. Let you coordinate someone to pick you up. Let you get all the way to the appointment to tell you the service is not due and they they will not complete the service. They even admitted they notified you but will still refuse to complete the service.

    We are sorry to hear about your experience. Hyundai Bluelink notified you about a scheduled service. We have no way of knowing what that service is for until the vehicle is here. At that time your service wasn't needed so we didn't so instead of doing a service not needed and charge you we asked that you wait until the service was due so Hyundai would pay and you wouldn't owe anything.
