    I call countless times to schedule appts and no one answers, my son had surgery scheduled I asked for ***** the manager to call me back no response well today I have had enough in the lack of patient care, I call to schedule my son for shots I however can not attend the appt due to work I asked if my mom who is on his hippa form can bring him she says yes I then ask witch vaccines would he be getting, ***** told me she could not provide me that information I then ask to speak with a provider Analexi told me that providers do not call patients I would just need to bring my son if I was concerned I am very concerned due to the previous reviews of this office giving out wrong vaccines. This is horrible I have never felt like a doctor could care less for her patients my son is 1 years old! I should be allowed to know what's being injected into him!
