I bought my 2017 ****** Altima From MCMC Auto not even a year ago and I have taken it 5 times to get serviced for the same part (alternator) and its still keeps having problems, the first time it happen was literally the day after I bought it when it malfunctioned for the first time.They said they would fix it but its been months now and still the same issue. I have spent money on tow truck, Mechanic to see what the problems are and Im tired of going back and forth from ********** to **********. I Need them to give me a new car or take the vehicle back and give me a refund because this is insanity, Ive had problems since the very next day since I received the car. January 4, 2025, I was in a car accident in stand still traffic on the freeway when I was rear ended and not at fault. I contacted MCMC Auto to ***ort what had happened and they told me they would go pick the car up. I'd just paid my carnote on December 28, 2024 that wasn't due until January 2, 2025. So my payments were in good standing. On January 15, 2025 I tried logging into my account to make my payment but the account was locked. I contacted MCMC Auto and was told the account was locked because of a ***ossession claim and not to make a payment until the claim finalized. A week later I was contacted by them saying to make a payment but at ******* and they would email me the business account information. I never got an email after calling and requesting it for more than several weeks. I was then told I had to pay ***o fees. I pay an additional $77 twice a month for additional insurance thru MCMC Auto and was told that's only for If I'm at fault for an accident. I spoke to a customer service *** who told me they weren't going to send me the information to make a payment and if so I'd have to be on the call with them standing at the cashier's register for them to give it to me and it will have to be the full amount including ***o fees. I was then told the check I should have directly received for ***airs from the at-fault party's insurance company was issued to **** after they demanded for me to pay in full. **** told me the car was totaled and the account was closed February *******. The day after my birthday. My good credit score took 2 huge drops for a past due balance and a ***o that wasn't for nonpayment. I never made it past customer service who was careless and unprofessional. I reached out to their leadership by phone and email and never got a response. This was very dirty business to a customer whose been there a few years, up to date on payments, more than 90% done with finance and in an accident that wasn't our fault.Business Response

Hello, I purchased a vehicle from **** on *******. The purchase process was fast and easy to get me into this vehicle. The day after I had it the lights started going out. My license plate light, headlight, fog light and backup cam dont work. I waited for a day they told me they wouldnt be busy and took it in at opening. I had to wait to drop it off Jan 9th due to the bad weather the week prior. After weeks of calling they stated they got the headlights and cam Jan 21st. Keep in mine theyve had it since Jan 9th at opening. When I asked then if theyd work on it now that they had the parts **** said all their bags are full. If a car has been there that long shouldnt they take a vehicle in the bag out and just put in the headlights and cam? Its a quick job that can be knocked out. I even offered to come pick the car up with the parts and take it to my ASE certified mechanic that can fix it in a half hour. I am very disappointed and wont he going back to them again to buy a car in the future. I have an important doctors appointment tomorrow with no way to get there and they refused to work with me. I spoke with *** because I thought since hes the first guy I bought my other car from hed help me but even he kept transferring me and I just kept getting the they are in a different department than us I still dont know how Im getting to my pain management appointment tomorrow at 11:30. I purchased a ***** vehicle one year ago and it still covered under manufacturers warranty. My vehicle was first towed to ****'s ************** around 10-30-24. I advised the service technician the check engine light was on and the vehicle stopped on me and my four children, and it possibly needed the alternator replaced. When I was first emailed the document showing parts ordered, the alternator was not included. I called and left serval messages to replace the alternator.The second time the vehicle was towed to the shop was around 11-7-24, after the vehicle stopped on my children. I advised I was hearing a knocking noise and the vehicle loss acceleration and the vehicle stopped, and would not start. I was told it was possibly due to low fuel.The third time the vehicle stopped was around 11-19-24. I was parked at a grocery store and tried to reverse the vehicle and it completely cut off on me and my children.The fourth time the vehicle stopped was around 11-25-24. I once again was parked and tried to reverse and the vehicle would not stop. I was told the vehicle had a misfire on cylinder or spark plug #2.The vehicle has now stopped on me and my children three times since picking it up from the service department after repairs. I drove the vehicle to MCMC auto's service center on 1-2 and I advised the check engine light was on. I advised I've spent a lot on money paying for ****s during the time was vehicle is being repaired. I advised I am a single mother of four children and I was recently laid off, and the additional cost for copays,and ***** is putting a strain on my finances. I told the service department I would get the car towed back o 1-3, so I did not have to pay for a **** to get home. The service Manager advised to have it towed on 1-6, so it did not just sit for the ********** the moment, I am seeking a full refund of all payments made on the vehicle, ******, and additional cost.Business Response

I do not believe the vehicle is still covered under manufacturer warranty, but if that is the case, Ms. ******** can take the vehicle to a ****** dealership for service under that warranty. The lemon law would also be a manufacturer related law. If she would like to contact ****** in reference to that, I would suggest calling ****** Motors, the manufacturer, directly. Our service department is in contact with the customer, if she wants to have it towed to our facility today, she is welcome to do so, however, it will not be diagnosed until Monday.Initial Complaint

This company sold me a lemon in March, 2024. I made several phone calls seeking a resolution for the vehicle problems I endured. The company did not provide any help. This company over charged me for a 2015 ***, and knowingly sold me a car that only lasted two weeks at best. They refused to fix my vehicle, then they told me I had to figure out my own way of getting the vehicle, to a mechanic shop two hours from my residence. They illegally, retrieve the car off private property. They are also reporting wrong balances, and invalid dates on my credit report.Business Response

I bought a car from MC auto that I've had for a few years. And I had an accident on october 24. I had there insurance program on my car. They come and got the car and instead of taking it to a shop. They took it to a storage facility with an auction there. We didn't even know that it wasn't being worked on into a two weeks later. They sent a letter saying that we had twenty days to get our belongings out of the vehicle on november fifteenth. Today is december second... After the thanksgiving holiday... And I did call last week but there was no one available.. And today they tell me that my car is known available. And I cannot get my stuff. Although I have the letter from them stating I have twenty days from the fifteenth. There was tax papers in that core. There was money left in a box hidden in that car. I purchased a vehicle from **** however the vehicle has been in the shop since the second Day of my purchase. However the vehicle has been in the 4 different times after that and its still not repaired. The vehicle has at least 2 fuel bumps leaks gas as well. Doing the purchase process of the vehicle I had a newborn baby the vehicle stopped on us in the middle of the highway. I was so scared of my life with my newborn baby. ******** ******I reject the business offer the reason why on different occasions this vehicle has been in the service shop for the same repairs. The last time the vehicle was in the shop it stalled on me and my infant in the middle of 75 freeway I had to jump to the backseat get my baby and run to safety I cried and prayed over my new born baby. They picked the vehicle up and claim to repair it the day we was told to pick the vehicle up after driving 45 minutes to the service department my mother and spouse came with me. The keys was handed over to us to sign the paperwork for the repairs my spouse ask to test drive it went to the red light leaving the business and it stopped on him at the red light. At that time I spoke with the lot manager and ask to be put in another vehicle he was very rude and keep saying no. I explained to him I was told to come pick the vehicle up and it stopped again. This vehicle is not safe for anyone to drive.

I bought a ***************** from this company back in April 2024. After a month of having the vehicle I had to put it in the shop for several issues had a major oil leak. My upper oil pan needed to be replaced my valve cover gaskets need to be replaced and my oil pan gasket need to be replaced. I had issues with my air conditioning system and I needed to get a new compressor for my air conditioning. It took company over a month to get these repairs completed. I did not have a vehicle for a month so it made it hard getting back-and-forth to work. In August 2024 I had to replace an alternator . I am having major car issues on a car that I havent even had for over a year. And October 2024 I realize that my car was making a clunking noise come to find out my boat to my struts on my driver side, the bolt had been stripped. So whoever worked on my car at the service center did not fully put my car back together. I also have the same oil leak that Ive been having when it was supposed to be fixed. This is causing other issues because the oil is leaking everywhere on my car it has caused damage to my control arms on both sides. It has caused damage to my ******** converter is also cause damage to my suspension system. The reason why Im writing this review is because I cant even get in contact with the service center Ive been trying to get in contact with them for two days now. Hopefully I will be able to get my car fixed through my warranty, but that may be a longshot. I almost want to just fix it myself because how long it takes for them to fix cars This needs to be stopped. Their customer service is terrible. They dont take accountability for anything they will not even take the car and put you in something better. I hope this helps someone in the future before buying a vehicle from this company. They want their payments on time, but they dont take care of their customers. Skid plate missing under and on psgr side.Business Response

I am trying to trade my vehicle in and purchasing another vehicle with a different dealership. The other dealership has requested a formal 10 day payoff letter. I called **** and received an email regarding my payoff and was told if more was needed the other dealership could call in to get a verbal payoff. The new dealership could not accept the email as they needed more details than what was listed in the email so we called back to get the verbal verification and when we did a different customer service *** handled the call and flat out refused to give the information. She was very rude to both me and the *** from the other company. What kind of dealership doesnt give out 10 day payoff information? I have been a customer with **** since 2020 and have always paid and only have a small amount left to pay off my loan. I cant believe this is how they treat customers.Business Response
