    We bought a brand new AC unit and handler in August 2021.Every. Single. Year there has been some major malfunction. Every single one. So we call *** out and they fix the issue with the unit and WITHOUT FAIL every single time they fix something with the unit, within a few weeks there is some other issue that pops up due to workmanship. There was loose electrical connections and multiple loose fittings (once it was at the unit, once it was at the handler). Most recently, the fan motor on the handler went out and lo and behold 3 weeks later our ceiling is leaking under the *** So we call *** back out and somehow right after their visit 3 weeks ago our drain pan developed a tiny hole that has been leaking into our ceiling. Isnt that convenient for them. Not us. They told us while the drain pan parts are covered under the warranty the labor would be just shy of $700. We decided wed rather pay a different company for labor and parts to be rid of the constant Ivy Air post-visit breakdowns.

    I knew my AC wasnt working right but the installer said otherwise. A friend recommended Ivy Air. ***** came out and did a thorough inspection. Went over everything from operation of thermostat to how the system works. He also took off some plastic and stickers that were left on an attic window by **********!!!!! I couldnt reach them. Very honest, professional AND genuinely cares. Went above and beyond! Thanks Ivy Air and *****!!!
