Net Operations Inc (dba. Deer Run Golf Club) bought a brand new Branson 5520C tractor on 10/14/20 for $34,640. Soon afterwards, the tractor always leaked hydraulic fluid, grease, and other fluids all the time. It had been back to BigTex dozens of times and it sits there for many weeks at a time. They must have had our tractor for more than 6 months at least if we add up the time it sits in their shop. when they say it is fixed, we bring it back and it starts leaking again just sitting here and we bring the tractor back for repair again. Right now it had been there for months to fix the same issue. The last time they said it was fixed last we went there to get it and we found it to be still leaking fluid and asked them to fix it. They keep the tractor there for a long time and we haven't been able to enjoy the use of this tractor very much. I have left a message with Leon, the owner, asking him to find a resolution. We would like them to take the tractor back and give us another one. Our business requires a tractor and Big Tex Tractor is causing us to loose significant business revenues by keeping our tractor with them for months and not fixing it. This needs to stop and we need a resolution quickly.

    Business Response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/09/26) */ Mr. *****. bought the Tractor in October 2020 under a business named Net Operation Inc. Mr. ***** is using this tractor for a golf course business/commercial use. Mr. *****. Has never brought the tractor to Big Tex Tractor for any of the regular maintenance services (50hr, 100hrs, 200hrs and so on). If cheap oil and fluid are used, many issues will occur with the tractor. The record shows that he first brought back for a warranty claim #XXXXX on May 11th, 2021. Repair description: Diesel particular filter was plugged up and regeneration system wouldn't engage due to filtered being full - the tractor was not being worked at high enough rpms causing the filter to become full of diesel particulate, when filter being full that causes the regen switch to become nonfunctional - This issue would have not been covered under warranty due to user negligent; However, Big Tex tractor was able to work with Branson to get it under warranty. - 98 hours - 05-11-2021. 01/14/22, Tractor brought back to Big Tex with 729 HOURS on the tractor. Repair description: Power Steering cylinder oil leak at oil seal for shaft. 4/2/2022. RO#XXXXXX - Oil Leak at PTO sight glass at the rear end of the tractor - Leaking sight glass. 747 HOURS on tractor 4/29/22. RO#XXXXXX - Oil leak from front end loader control valve body. Loose fitting connection. 834 HOURS - Lack of proper maintenance on customer side. (Customer is responsible to maintain/tighten hardware) Branson approved claim anyway! 7/11/22. RO#XXXXXX - Loose hose connection for main hydraulic filter. Hose clamps not being kept tight.- 847 HOURS - Again lack of proper maintenance- (Customer is responsible to maintain/tighten hardware before or after use) Branson approved claim anyway! The reason Mr. ***** are having many issues with his tractor in many of the areas due to lack of proper maintenance on Mr. ***** part. We have bent backward to get things under warrantied for Mr. ***** due to user negligent. It's not a lemon tractor because every time Mr. ***** brought back to Big Tex it was different issues.
