We got the run around from this business for almost 2 months. They scheduled to come to our house and do the repairs on 3 different dates and failed to show up all 3 times. Not only did they not show up, but they failed to call and let us know they would not be coming all 3 times. When we would call and talk to the secretary, she could not give us any reason for not showing up. She would tell us that she would check into it, and call us right back, but we would not hear back from her. We finally called and asked if we just needed to find another company to do the repairs. The secretary then told us a worker would be on the way in the next hour. The worker showed up and didn't have the right colored shingles and said he would try and come back the following Monday with the right ones. He never showed back up. I then wrote a negative review on the company's ******** page, and the owner of the company called and apologized to me, and said he wanted to do whatever was needed to make things right, if we would give them another chance. He sent another worker out the next day and tore out our shingles around our chimney to fix the flashing. After doing this, he realized the shingles he brought to replace the original ones were a different color. (Not sure how this happened, when the first worker took a sample of our old shingles, weeks before this.) The owner called me again, while the worker was still on our roof, and said the shingles were different colors and he would have to put the different colored ones on, so our roof wouldn't leak. He said he would match our old shingles with ones from his distributor in the next few days and come back and replace the wrong-colored ones, with the right color and also fixed our damaged section of roof that was still tarped. That was over 2 weeks ago, and he never got back with us. So not only is our roof still damaged and covered with a plastic tarp since June, but our chimney now has different colored shingles surrounding it.

When we came out to do the free repair, we realized that it was going to be very difficult to find the correct shingle color, as your roof is over 10 years old. We had been working on finding the closest match possible. As you can see on other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. During the time of your first call, we received an unprecedented amount of calls, with extreme circumstances from the baseball size hail & straight line winds that hit our area and caused major damage to so many homes. We cant fix the past, but your review and experience with our company has us committed to improving the way our staff serves every customer. We set high standards for ourselves, our *********** company as a whole and take it very seriously. Were sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with our business and we regret that we missed the *****
