    Retaliation; I applied for a unit on January 11, 2023. Paid deposit of $225. I asked about criteria, staff said she would get back to me, until now she never did. I have called in numerous times and sent over 20 emails to no avail. 6 weeks after I applied I found out they were the same company whose property I stayed before. And complained about mold as I got very very sick. I complained also about their heating system getting so hot on its own to 91F, And black mold coming from their vents and settling onto my eye glasses. For the past 4 months they have been going back and forth with me and refuse to refund my total monies.

    I put a request in 7/19/22 to have my air conditioning unit serviced and it was not resolved until 8/02/22 resulting in an higher than usual electricity bill ($710) that would have been avoided had they responded to the request sooner. For 2 weeks in temperature above 100 degree, my AC unit was not working. I'm requesting a credit be issued for ~$200 to my account to help absorb some of the expense that could have been avoided if service was rendered in a timely manner. In addition to that, I put a service request in 8/2/22 to have a second leak in my apartment to be repaired. There is water at a constant flow puddling on the floor. Someone came out to look at the leak on 8/3/22 and concluded the resolution was to have a plumber come onsite. I have since put in several request to have someone come out and reached out the office but haven't heard back with any resolution or a scheduled time for someone to be onsite. It is now 8/19/22 and nothing has been done.
