Harassment report has been made against a neighbor that lives in the same building complex as myself this has been an ongoing issue since Jan,Feb 2023.I have notified office management to get this resolved as far as asking to be moved to a different apt I was denied the situation had exculatedcto verbal violence from the live in unknown boyfriend of the neighbor who receives housing as well as I do,I explained the situation to management in the beginning she advised me that if she calls the neighbor all theire gonna do is retaliate and advised me to turn my music up as she deals with noisey neighbors in her own apt complex ,I called corporate, management office to see if I could be released from my lease due to the safety of me and my family and health issues corporate called management and told her I called and management doesn't have compassion about my safety and health issues this problem has and will continue to escalate as the neighbors continue to intimidate me through my security camera I no longer feel comfortable addressing the issue to management since the problem was not handled or tooken care of in a timely manner and being staff is friendly with residents and verbally business gets spread around the complex putting my family in further harm's way.
