      2-15-2023 I have hired ****(infinite inspect) to do a whole home inspection on 2 properties totaling $900. I was told by **** about the possibility of prior activity because he seen what he thought was a termite trap,but no active termites. As it turns out less than a month after closing I actually do have active termites and they have been *********** before the inspection was completed. I tried working this out with **** but he is not responding to me as I am trying to get this resolved. I have paid $900 to pest control. **** was upset when I told him about the termites and that I already paid for someone to come out and he claims this pest control guy isnt legit and that I shouldnt have paid because he has resources that could have gotten this resolved. If the person I hired was not legit then it should be treated as if he was never hired so the job can be done correctly in his books. I would like some sort of reimbursement for the amount of money I have paid out of pocket

      Please see the attached from the **************** of *********** referencing the service addresses this complaint is about is located on the second page. This client sought to extort me by using a unlicensed individual to confirm his claims.

      On the 3rd page of the report, I warned of prior pest activity and advised a pest management company. It appears you moved in without addressing these issues and as conditions changed an infestation allegedly became active. Rather than giving me the opportunity to assess the situation you sought to extort $900.00 from me and you had an unlicensed   unqualified individual collaborate your story. This individual has sense been prosecuted and fined for the act. The services you requested were provided and the $900.00 you're requesting refund for is for 2 different transactions. The inspection of $450 on the first house you opted not to move forward with during your option period. You elected our company to serve you for your second inspection for a fee of $450 which is the property you ultimately elected to purchase.  All services, warranties, and contractual obligations were delivered.
