Refund and Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a prompt exchange or refund. Before returning any item please call customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any product authorized for return, must be shipped back within ten 10 days of the original invoice date for exchange or refund. All returned products will be assessed a 15% restocking fee which will be charged to your account. Products must be complete and in their original state - including original manufacturers' packaging, manuals, disks, CD-ROMs, warranty cards, etc. Any product without these items will be returned to you. Software and consumables are not returnable unless returned unopened in original packaging with documentation. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Custom orders are not returnable. Products designated as "all sales final" are not returnable. Products must be returned in a sturdy carton using strong tape to secure it. For your own protection, please insure the package for the value of its contents. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Refunds on C.O.D. or advanced payment purchases will be made by check issued within ten (10) business days of the return date. Products returned without a valid RMA will be returned at your expense.
