    NISI is unprofessional and took 4 service calls to fix a washing machine. They dont protect the area they work in and wont put the appliances back in its location. I too will never buy appliances from the brand they service.

    Ive had an incredibly frustrating experience with *******'s customer **********************. My TV has been out of commission for two weeks now, and despite scheduling multiple appointments for repairs, they have canceled them twice due to missing parts. Why schedule appointments if the necessary parts arent available? It makes no sense.Ive been left with my TV off the wall, unusable, and no clear answers from ******* on when the parts will arrive. Telling a customer that you have no idea when the parts will be available is completely unacceptable for a company of this ******* make matters worse, I received a call from ******* suggesting that I pay an additional $2,000 for a new, more modern TV, as if that were a reasonable solution to my problem! Offering to upsell a customer when you havent even fixed the original issue is beyond frustrating and feels like a blatant disregard for my time and money.The lack of communication, organization, and respect for the customers situation is shocking. I expect much better from a brand like *******, but this experience has left me seriously disappointed and frustrated.

    I was sent to the ***** branch by ******* for an in warranty repair of my **. They took the ** on a Tuesday, on Thursday they called and said they needed to order a part which delayed repair. The following Tuesday they returned the ** saying ******* told them not honor the warranty giving the reason as a bug infestation. I contacted *******, and was informed they told ******* my screen had physical damage. Out of curiousity i plugged the tv in and there was now a crack in the bottom and the screen was worse than I sent it out. ******* said I had to take it up with NISI USA. I called NISI USA to explain the cracked screen and information ******* gave me.. the phone person transferred me to an "escalation team" that sent me to voicemail, and I've yet to receive a call back.

    DON'T BUY ******* APPLIANCES!THIS BS COMPANY NISI-FL *** ARE PROFESSIONAL LIARS, UNPROFESSIONAL OFFERING REPAIR SERVICES AND CAN'T FIX ANYTHING. MY ***** HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR THE PAST 3 WEEKS (I BOUGHT IT 45 DAYS AGO) AND THEY'VE COME TWICE AND CAN'T FIX IT. EVERYTIME YOU ASK FOR A REPAIR IT TAKES A WEEK FOR THEM TO COME TO YOUR HOUSE.THE FIRST TIME THEIR TECH WAS HIGH AS A KITE. THE SECOND TIME THE GUY CAME AND LEFT THE ***** RUNNING BUT HE COMMUNICATED TO ME THAT HE WAS VERY SKEPTICAL ABOUT THE ***** WORKING CONSISTENTLY.AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

    The technician from NISIUSA came to fix my refrigerator and left without making a mess. He did it quickly and clean up my house. I am very pleased with the NISI. They hired correct, knowledgeable technicians who know how to fix problems. I highly recommended the services they provide, especially ******************* the one who came to my house to fix the cooling issue and installed the ice maker. Kudos to him for all his hard work.I had a problem not too long with ***** contractors who came to fix my dryer. He came to my house, tried to fix, but could not fix it. He ordered some parts but left a big mess. The second time he came to install the parts that he ordered, tried to fix it but it did not work. He then said he need to order some more parts and left after creating another mess. After I received parts, I notified for them to fix. They supposed to come, but I guess he knew he won't be able to fix it, then he postponed my appointment to a later date. I got fed up and canceled.

    I have an out of warranty 7 year old ******* refrigerator that had a clogged drain line and was leaking water inside below the crisper drawer. I called ******* and they sent out a Nisi technician to perform trip + diagnosis for $128.40 charge. The technician's diagnosis was a faulty evaporator and heat sensor, which I had replaced 3 years ago by a different company. Nisi ordered the parts and came back out to perform the repair. The labor charge was $120 + $234.38 for parts. Total spent with Nisi = $128.40 + $120 + $234.38 = $482.78 The refrigerator continued leaking water inside and the repair was not fixed. After reviewing ******* videos, I discovered the problem was a clogged drain line common to various ******* models. I called ******* to complain and they sent out another company (free of charge) to diagnose the issue and indeed it was a clogged drain line that was causing the leak. They flushed out the drain line, installed a larger drain clip, and tested to make sure it was draining properly. The new company repaired the refrigerator, no more leaking! I called Nisi to complain about the improper diagnosis their technician gave me and requested a credit, not a refund because I'm sure in the future I will need to replace another part, and in the fine print on the Nisi service contract it states NON-REFUNDABLE, so that's why I asked for a credit, which I was not given. So basically, Nisi charged me for $482.78 for a technician's trip, improper diagnosis, parts that were not needed, a customer ********************** team that made no attempt to rectify the situation by providing me with a future credit, or have empathy whatsoever. Nisi's management team can still fix my issue by giving me a credit for the full amount I needlessly spent with them. They should *********** and more experienced technicians to avoid these types of issues to prevent a bad customer experience and having to come to the BBB to give a bad review of their work!

    Horrible customer ********************** 2 trips to fix the issue now washers leaking waiting on someone to show up for the 3rd time. They say sorry for the inconvenience but continue to cause more inconvenience. They would not be in business if they werent Samsungs repair service

    the worst repair company. ******* should stop affiliating with you. They are irresponsible. First they go to my house to supposedly fix my kitchen, and he tells me that it was infected and they couldn't do anything. ******* tells me that I have to fumigate so they can fix it. I already did it, and when they created a new ticket for me, this NISI company canceled it because they say my kitchen is infected

    ******* used a third party NISIS *** **** to repair a newly purchased ******* oven/microwavve combo. They were scheduled to come out to my home on 9/25 which they ended up canceling via text the same day. We then had them come out 9/27 and when they arrived it was the worst experience of my life. Mind you he (****** The Technician) came in unprofessionally we ended up bringing the appliance back inside our home by ourselves. He refused to bring it back inside after diagnosting the appliance. We then called NISI USA Inc. back and advised once the parts were in we did not want the same unprofessional vaulguar man to return to my home for the repair. They assured they'd send someone else once the parts arrived i received a rude call 10/4 from the unprofessional man. Hey im coming back out to your home I mentioned i asked to have a different technician come out to my home, He was irrate and said Ill call my boss and tell him to schedule you off for sometime nextweek. Unbelievable the lack of customer ********************** at this company we are awaiting repair still.
