The technician Yoba C. arrived at our home on March 12th at 9:43am and left at 10:59am. The Ring cameras capture both his arrival/departure. When he left the dishwasher was running and I was in a virtual meeting. The technician explained that he unclogged the hose. We did not receive a paper or electronic copy of the receipt which outlined the work and parts that were replaced. Shortly after the technician left I heard the dishwasher beeping. I checked the dishwasher and the water hadnt drained out, which was the reason we called for service. After my meeting ended, I texted my husband at 11:14am to have the technician come back because he didnt fix the issue. He was told the technician would come back out on March 15th between 8-12 when he didnt show up by noon. My husband called and was told he would arrive around 1pm. He arrived at 12:49pm and left a 1:16pm, again captured on the Ring cameras. The technician insisted that the dishwasher was working when he left on March 12th (he didnt wait for the cycle to end to confirm the water was draining). My husband explained that we called immediately after he left and that the dishwasher hadnt been touched since he left. The technician told my husband that issue was with the control board and he would speak with his manager on Monday and contact us because this was a new issue and we would have to pay again. My husband explained that it was not a new issue, the original issue was never fixed and we should not be charged again. The technician also mentioned it would be 3 days before he would receive the part to repair the dishwasher. As of close of business on March 17th we have not received a call stating when the technician would be back out. We contacted the company on 3/18 when the manager said they refuse to refund our money or fix the issue with paying another fee.

I called this company to fix my washing machine. They came out to diagnose the problem December 28, 2024 charged me $342 to order parts needed. Came back on January 3rd to install the parts and supposedly fix it. The technician said it was fixed and charged me $350.91 and left. I tried to wash my clothes and the machine didnt work. I immediately called the company to let the technician know it wasnt fixed and they told me he couldnt come back because he had other appointments. They finally sent him back the following week, diagnosed again and said it might be something else and he would talk to his manager about it. Came back a week later changed another part and still the machine didnt work, this time I had him wait before he left. Again he told me he would have the manager call me to see what the next step would be. Waited a for days to hear from him. Finally I called the company, ask to speak with the manager. The lady asked what my name was put me on hold came back and said he was not in. Left a message with her for him to call me so we could discuss the issue. Waited a couple of weeks and no call from the manager or the company. Called my credit card company told them issue but they said they had hear from them before they could do a refund. Tried to call the manager again and the lady gave me the same answer hes not at the office left a message with her again asking for the manager to call me back. It is February 5th and havent heard from him or the company.

Longhorn Services technician came and repair a ring on my cooktop on Oct 17 2023. The technician, ******, collected a deposit of $200 plus ***** trip charge and gave me an estimate of $618.11 as the total job cost. ****** failed to repair the ring on Nov 03 and came back again on Nov 20 to repair while causing the on /off switch and light not working and my "keep warm" functions of all my rings not working. He also charged me $****** instead of the estimate of $618.11. ****** promised to come back to finish the job after Thanksgiving. He claimed he needs to get a piece of small rubber he lost while doing the repair to put in. I believed him but I did not sign the 2 signatures indicating the job was completed. Those signatures were forged on the invoice with the final charges of $****** as you can see they were dated Oct 17 2023 (the first visit) when ****** did not even have the parts to do the repair nor did he has the final amount he was going to charge .After Thanksgiving I called ******, he said he was too busy and I had to wait till after Christmas. After Christmas he claimed he was sick on the day of the appointment (Jan05) and then he yelled at me and told me he will never come back as "he is very ****** off with me".I am now with a range which is worse than before the repair. I also found out lately that ****** did not even connect the exhaust hose underneath the range.I filed the dispute with Discover card and the day that Discover contacted Longhorn Services, ***** of the company called me and said a refund will be issued to me within a week. It has been a month now, I did not receive any refund. Discover also informed me since I signed off the job , it would be considered a valid charge. I told Discover that those signatures were forged, I could not signed for the final cost of ****** on Oct 17 but Discover said it is out of their realm to investigate.I am now demanding a refund of $555.59 to compensate my damaged cooktop.
