We had a horrible experience with this company. From our experience, the owner *** is extremely money minded and does not care for customer satisfaction. He demanded more than 50% payment before starting the job and then again demanded more before completion of the work or they would withhold the job. Our simple Job for installation of 4 bath countertops was delayed by over 3 months due to their internal issues, in spite of us making almost 60 % advance payment on booking day. ***, instead of being courteous with a customer for what they have suffered due to their own mismanagement, would not send a fabricator to our home unless we paid more money in advance. We needed a small correction in the cut made on the countertop at the end of the job (at this point 100% payment was already made by us so obviously he didn't care about our need or customer satisfaction ) but he started demanding ridiculous amount of extra money for such a small thing. When we asked his office to have him call us or set up a meeting, he would not call us , neither answer our multiple calls over a week. If you ask me, I would STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMAPANY, I DO NOT RECOMMEND them , he will not answer your calls once he got his money.

I am sorry for your unpleasant experience.To start with, if you felt that the owner was money minded then you wouldnt have gone back for additional scope of work after few weeks of final payment.We understand that Acue Marmonite asked for more deposit than you liked but client always have the choice of going ahead or cancelling the order. Every business has its own policies and procedures.We apologize that your work took longer to complete as the sales rep assigned to you quit the job and did not leave any notes for us nor we heard from you to finish it.For not sending the fabricator without payment is part of our company policy and procedure and we abide by it for all clients but the owner *** did make an exception when the client reached out directly to him and the work was completed and paid in full for the original scope.I understand you need a small correction but this is considered as an additional scope and separate new order and not free of cost as part of customer satisfaction as the original order is completed and paid in full.We quoted for the additional work and we understand that the price might not be good for the client but as a business we can only give our quotation and client has the choice of accepting it or not.For asking to schedule a call, *** the owner is not directly involved in sales unless there is an issue. In this case, there is no issue other than client not liking the price quoted for the job.*** did call the client on 2/29 after business hours and talked for about 45 minutes to make the client understand the new scope and the price but client disagreed which is again understandable.But to leave a review like this is unacceptable and taking advantage of the public media specially with misleading information and misrepresenting facts.
