    While I did love the customized cover for my outdoor table I regret buying from you as your product is made in *****. Surely you can locate an American owned business to do your custom work as well as all your other products. I will not buy from you again

    Don't do it! Their "custom covers" are measured in an odd way. They description on the website is not clear and therefore they do not come out right. I measured strictly the way they said, but there is an interpretation on how you measure a curved piece. Since they ask for a depth too, I figured it was fine and it was confirmed by them. When I got the pieces, they were not even close to being something useable. When I tried to straighten it out, they basically told me too bad, custom covers are not returnable. They offered me a 40% discount on a new order, but I was still out $340, so why would I? Same line was given by anyone I spoke to on email or the phone. This is a HORRIBLE way to do business and basically a scam.

While we understand your frustration, we want to clarify that our measuring instructions are clearly outlined on our website, providing step-by-step guidance for each type of cover we offer.Upon reviewing your order, we found that the curve width was measured incorrectlyinstead of measuring along the curve, it appears that a straight measurement was taken. Our instructions specifically state to run the measuring tape along the curve while keeping it as straight as possible to ensure an accurate fit.Because our covers are custom-made based on the exact measurements provided by the customer, we are unable to accept returns for these items. However, in an effort to provide a resolution, we extended a 40% discount on a replacement order, even though the original measurements were incorrect.We strive to provide clear instructions and a fair customer experience. We regret that you were not satisfied with the outcome, but we stand by the accuracy of our ordering process and our policies.

    DO NOT BUY!! Water resistant my A**!! First rain, all my cushions are soaked. DO NOT BUY from here if you think you will keep your cushions dry at all. They say to put something underneath the cover so water does not pool and runs off, well I call "Bullsh**" as my covers on the chairs do not have any sagging areas so water should have run off. My guess is water just runs through the seams and materials. This product is waste of money and of course I ordered custom sizes so no chance of getting a refund. Sure it will protect my outdoor furniture from the sun (I hope), but that is all you are paying for. I also paid up for the 7 year no-rip protections - great, not I have 7 years of protecting my cushions and furniture form the sun of which I cannot use the furniture after it rains. "Water Resistant" is *************** for the product I received!!

    BBQ Grill Cover -Collection UltimaBBQ Grill Cover -Collection Ultima Ripstop with a 7 year warranty. In less than a month after purchase - damage with couple of uses - there's a tear. Ultima's unique material is NOT "CRAFTED FOR LONG-LASTING DURABILITY" as they claim. Send messages , called - just getting the run around ; it is clear that Coverstore has NO intentions of honoring their ************* of experience: July 08, 2024

    I was provided the wrong information by a customer to order them a **********************. As soon as the customer let me know I called back to cancel the order and order a new cover which was still within 48 hrs and the coverstore denied any refund and offered no return policy when obviously it was a miscommunication and the order was placed in error. The cover store only offers future discounts to order something else. I can honestly say I have never left a company less than a 5 star review, I wont bother otherwise. But this company was so obstinate in their approach I felt it appropriate this time. Its just a trashy way of doing business. Shady and unreasonable. Wish I would have read the negative reviews here before I used them. Partly fault I guess for not doing better research,

    Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, the order placed on September 26th was for a custom cover, which has a 24-hour cancellation window due to its personalized nature. The cancellation request came in on September 30th, over 96 hours later, by which time production was already underway. As custom covers are final sale once in production, we were unable to cancel or accept a return. While the issue was due to a miscommunication between you and your client, we still extended a discount on a future order as a gesture of goodwill.

    I placed an order for 2 items. One item was delivered, and the other not. The company will not issue credit for me to place another order. Not even that much money is involved here, and no refund was requested--I simply asked for credit on something that was not delivered so that I reorder. I'd be very wary of ordering from this company.

    I had a large order of one non custom cover and 24 orders of custom covers. I got the non custom cover within one week. The rest of the order has not arrived after a month of being held up in customs. I had sent emails and called several times as the tracking number dropped off after the first cover was delivered and there was no tracking of where my order was. In the meantime I had to order another custom order which they say is being delivered today. Why is my large order still stuck in customs while the one I just ordered got through customs and arrives today? They cant give me a straight answer and wont call me back when I requested a supervisor call me to explain. I have been charged over $3000 and have yet to receive the bulk of my order.

It was discussed, that stocked items are shipped directly from our inventory, while custom items, are made to order and require different handling procedures. Your single custom cover order was shipped directly to you, leveraging drop-shipping process. For larger orders exceeding a certain value, we must first receive the items at our facility and then reship them to you. This process helps avoid additional duties and taxes on your end.We understand the frustration of having shipments held up in customs. Unfortunately, customs inspections are a standard procedure for any shipment made directly from our factory and that is beyond our control. They can randomly select shipments for inspection, which can delay deliveries. We strive to keep our customers informed and communicated the delay as soon as we were made aware of it. Your order was received a week later than initially predicted with the delay in mind, but we immediately upgraded your shipping method to expedite its delivery once it was received from customs to meet your deadline and make up lost time.We apologize things didn't go as planned this time and we do value your business.

    Coverstore has deceptive advertisement and warranty. I bought an elite cover for our fire table and chairs. It's advertised that it won't rip and that it has a 3 year-warranty. Both of these things were incredibly important to me. Within 9 months, we got a sizeable tear in the side mesh due to some rain that had collected on top and froze during the night. The weight had brought up the mesh and it ripped a hole about a foot and a half wide. I submitted a claim and it was denied as the cause was "extreme weather". I called customer service and the girl said she would submit my feedback but didn't ask for any identifying information. They don't care about their customers at all.
