Purchased 2 turbo chef fire ovens, one blue on 1-18-2023 and a red one on 4-29-2023. opened our new business on 6-19-2023. upon opening both ovens worked as should, except had to trail and error to get our pizzas right, as they do not provide any help on temps for use of making the pizzas, after a few months of use the glass door just cracked while cooking a pizza. called webstaurantstore where I purchased both ovens. they informed me to call turbo chef, I called and was told that the glass is not warranted and that this is not a issue that they have had to deal with! I see in complaints that they have known this to be an issue with others! She did however say that she would send one as a courtesy one time!! Mine you this oven was just a few months old. ***** arrived and tech came and changed. Then just a month or so later the glass in the red oven cracked while getting ready to cook a pizza. They did send another glass without charge! Tech came and replaced! Then upon December 1, 2023 after just 5 months of use the upper heating was not working as should! On its lowest setting of 122degress it registered over 300 degrees more, could not get the temp to work approximately as it should and was working, Called Turbo and they sent a tech, who changed a relay on unit, did not make it any better. then sent another tech with top heating unit and control panel and this did not change anything! this went on not working properly, I always had to be the one to call, they do not reach out when there is a issue, believe me cause i have had to call multiple times. This time they told me to call Their sales rep in my area and gave me the number, This guy had no clue why they would have me call him cause they just sell the product and go out and demo product, but said someone would come see me in 2 weeks, 2 weeks went by and I called them and had to refresh his memory and he then said he couldn't do anything and to call turbo chef, Really! waited 2 weeks for what??? So I called ***** chef again and They sent tech back out and he talked with company tech and they decided it was a bad control panel (which was already changed) and will send another one. Part came in tech came about a week later and changed control panel and a couple of other parts, still did not work he tried to call turbo and couldn't get anyone to answer so he sent them an email. I ended up being the one to call turbo, cause as I said they do not call you!!!!!!!!!!! They said they was discussing our issue and would get back to me. A lady called (only time they ever called me) and said my manager wants you to change settings 100 degrees apart, I asked which settings, and she said i don't know email is kind of vague let me call you back. Well, no one called me back so next day I called Turbo and was asked exactly what is it doing? Seriously, been trying to get this done since December 1st, so I went over it again, he then asked me if I would send a picture of a burnt pizza, I actually told him that was stupid, I just want this $9000 oven that I have used for 5 months to work as it should, He came back with honestly we got nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this was a Friday March 22nd he said they are going to have a meeting about this and will call me. I informed him if I did not hear anything on Monday I was going to file a complaint with BBB, He said okay! It is March 28th and I have heard nothing from them. I am so done with this, It has affected my business with just one oven working and believe me I have tried to use oven and it either ***** the pizza or won't cook it properly. Temp won't regulate. I feel they don't care. My warranty is due to be up on April 29th and I feel they are dragging this out till then. If I had to do all over again, I would have never bought these 2 ovens.
