    I ordered a grappling dummy off their website. Their shipping policy states that if an order placed before 3pm that it will ship out same day. Also if the price of the item is over 50 dollars, the shipping is free. My item was over 300 dollars including shipping and the item was placed after 3pm on a Friday. Their shipping policy states that if shipping is after 3pm that it will ship out next business day or if an order is placed on a Friday, it will ship out next business day. I placed my order on Friday after 3pm and it had not shipped out until the 24th. I emailed Mr. C**** about my order and to see if there was any reason for the delay and he had provided no reasoning as to what my delay was. I was also provided an incorrect tracking number from mr C***** including a 13 digit tracking number from ******
