1 starThis was an EXTREMELY unprofessional experience thanks to ******* ********* (Finance Manager). They presented a sales contract that we agreed to was not the same as what the lending company has on file and after I flagged that the contracts does not match, ******* started lying to me to cover up his mistakes. I called ******* several time about the discrepancies and wanted resolution asap. ******* stated that he has processed the corrections to the contract and the maintaince cancelling that I requested. After a few days I didnt see any updates to the correction to the sales. They presented me with saving on my monthly payment and offered a warrenty that is not is not fit for a *****. The whole experience at AutoWeb VERY unprofessional and unethical behavior. I would not recommend that anyone visit this establishment unless you have time and money to waste.******* ********* should be FIRED for misleading customers with fake contracts.Review fromAmber G

1 starThis was an EXTREMELY unprofessional experience thanks to *** (a manager) and Mo (salesman). They presented a credit and after I flagged that I am not eligible, they then hung up on **** had to ask numerous times for them to send a trade in value in writing. They presented perks instead of sending the value in writing-these perks come with any newly bought ***** (self driving promo, etc).VERY unprofessional and unethical behavior. I would not recommend that anyone visit this establishment unless you have time and money to waste.Review fromValerie M

5 starsI bought my 2020 ***** from Auto Web Expo and was very pleased with my experience. I do my research before I purchase and this was the best deal out there. **************** was top notch and everyone was very friendly and respectful. No high pressure sales only interested in finding what car you want. Would highly recommend these guys. Way to go Auto Web Expo.Review fromAT A

1 starDont buy cars here. Lot of bait and switch tactics. Fail to deliver on promises and very poor customer service. Some of the sales people were downright rude. I have been buying used cats for the past 20 years in ************ area. Terrible experience and one of the worst used car dealerships in the ***** area.Review fromLindsey D

1 starWow! What a shady business practice they are running. Negotiating a car deal like any normal person would, saying the car is sold and then coming back saying oh it's avaliable if you pay these certain numbers. And then saying oh it's sold again but we wanted to see "if we even mattered to you" so why does it matter if we even still have it. Why does it matter? Because I wanted to make a deal and buy the vehicle. What a terrible buisness and salesman, will never buy from this place or ******Review fromBobby H

1 starWe just bought a ******** benz c300 on April 18, 2024. The price onlined was $37,619. But the paper works shows $40,681.42. They overcharged us $3062.42. The customer service was terrible there was no road test, They seems created chaotic situation tried us rush back our way they did not even give us chance to check the interior and the outside of the vehicle we found out both rims in the right side were damaged when we got home. We called them about the rims and they want us to drive back up there to fix the rims which don't make sense driving 3 hours and back? We told them to just send the rims to our place instead driving back to ******** and stay over for 2 days to wait until they finish fixing rims. Both me and my husband are having helrh problem my husband had stroke it is impossible for him to drive that far the guy that helped us to picked up the vehicle is not available so we just give up. We consider that a very bad experienced in our life. It is true that sometimes bad things happens to good people. I advice everybody to look twice before buying.Review fromMark F

1 starEvasive, Dishonest, Unresponsive. We bought a vehicle from out of state; the sales person guaranteed us that they do a multi-point inspection (they do not) to ensure the vehicle is in good working order. He assured us that a few items that turned up during the inspection were taken care of (they were not). We requested, insisted, demanded documentation of the 'standard inspection' and what work was done. None was produced, ever. they also charged us a $2500 'dealer prep fee' that included the so called inspection and repairs. We requested documentation on what the fee covered, they did not produce it. My daughter drove down from ******** to pick up the vehicle. As soon as she got home it proceeded to dump oil all over our driveway. Took it to the shop, $1400 in repairs later, the repair shop said there was absolutely no way they werent aware of the issues because they were so obvious. I sent them the bill, requested compensation, no response. We're in the process of suing them. The salesman is liable individually for Negligent Misrepresentation, telling us the vehicle was in clear working order. Dealer is fraudulent and unethical. take the money and run...I've bought many used cars from used car dealers in my life - this was by far the worst. One star is too good for them. Buyer beware... if you do buy from them, take your lawyer with you.Review fromDebra R

1 starI bought a car from auto web expo and in less than a month my car cabin was smelling of gas. I called to report it and was told that I would receive a call back. Its been three days and I have not heard from them. I called to get a copy of my contract and they havent responded. I purchased the maintenance protection and wasnt given a copy of the paperwork I signed online nor in person because they came out to my house. Auto web expo want you to believe they have your best interests. But they just want your money. Once you purchase, its seems like they are done with you. Very shady business people.Review fromKameshion G

1 starI purchased a vehicle through Auto Expo Web in May, 2022. In April 2022, I decided I wanted to refinance my car and was looking at my options. The first option was through the dealership I got my vehicle through Auto Web Expo. I spoke with ***** the Finance manager to see what my options and I was not pleased with the numbers or the information on the paperwork. So I contacted ************ would find my own company. A few weeks later, I found a company that would refinance my car. I went through the process with them signed off on the paperwork and mailed everything off. After I sent the paperwork off, I contacted ***** and *** to see if my warranties and ************* would still be intact. *** stated that everything would stay the same unless I canceled the information. *** also said if I did cancel I would contact ***** to get a refund on the **** I also mentioned to *** that I found a company that Im going through and I just wanted to make sure that was clear. I received a notice from my bank 3 weeks later, stating that I made a payoff and $92.00 is remaining. I called the new *************** about the paperwork that was mailed. The sales man that Im working with stated they have not received my paperwork yet to process anything. He also stated that it takes a few days after the paperwork is processed. I called Auto Expo back on several occasions trying to figure out what is going on. I never received call backs from ***** or ***. So I end up paying the $92 dollars and the car was paid in full. I received call 2 months later from Auto Web stating that you refinanced your vehicle with us and you need to register your car. At this time, Im thinking something fraudulent is going on. The new company had to place my paperwork on hold because there was nothing to pay off. I did some more research and contact. 3 months later, my car was stolen by Auto Expo Web from my job. The stated the car was being reposTheres no paperwork in place, and no communication.
