            Outright lied about ability to change contract spec, didn't let me fully read the contract before signing, employed high pressure sales tactics, lied and talked badly about other companies and their pricing to make themselves seem better by comparison, refused to discuss or negotiate complaints over phone, the list goes on. I tried to change the order and was only given the option to cancel the entire thing, got stuck with an absurd cancellation fee, then they said I could apply that to a subset instead of outright loss, lied again and a senior ******* disregarded that and tried to get me to make another whole order while dealing with this. Now I'm going to be suing for the multiple cases of fraud and breach of contract by them since they seem to disregard everything the moment they take your money. This complaint is to potentially expedite the process of hearing back from them and as a note to anyone looking into potentially doing business with these people.

            Ordered a front entry door in February 2024, final came on June 7th, but with the wrong door.Installation guy told me I would have the right door the next week, Then I get a notice saying it would be August 30th. This is unacceptable.I contacted the manager of the Carrollton location, ****** and she assured me she would expedite the door., This was on June 27th. No answer from her yet and this is July 15th! I've called her numerous times, but no return calls.Also the door that was installed was poorly done.

            I have spoken to ***************** three times since this review was posted. I apologized for the "one week" messaging, because all of our products do take several weeks to order, manufacture, transport and install. I have contacted our manufacturing leaders and requested the door to be expedited and it appears that we will get a notice on August 1st of any improvement in ETA timeline. I was told that the nail holes were not caulked, so all exterior work will be completed wholly once the new door panel is installed. The door panel was ordered incorrectly by our team, and this has caused the concern; and rightfully so. I will update this portal once job is completed to our customers satisfaction.
