You know the saying, third times a charm? Well not this time. It has been a few years since I used this company for car tinting. Staff has turned over quite a bit since the last time. They are no longer open on the weekends. I scheduled a Friday afternoon appointment to have my new car tinted and I arrived at 11am. They said it would be done before 5pm, but couldn't give an estimated time. They told me about three hours in to the job that they had to stop my tinting job to squeeze in "an emergency customer", then resume working on my car. After they were done, I was informed by the front desk staff that they couldn't tint the front windshield. Wasn't this a detail I should have been informed of BEFORE I agreed to use them as a service? Ethically, I think so. I would never use this company again, nor will I refer them to anyone I know for any service based on what I experienced. Poor customer service. I drove down from *******/******************* for this. If you are in ******, go somewhere else.

Mr.,****** was a returning customer at the time of this installation and was well versed in our installation processes. When scheduling his appointment, he had been informed of the importance of our "no waiting" policy. We had repeatedly stressed the importance of taking our time with custom cuts and the necessity our drop off schedule as other clients were also booked for this day. Despite numerous advisements to drop the vehicle with us for the day (as is our policy), Mr. ****** insisted on a waiting appointment and was advised at the time of booking that we had no way to estimate the exact time frame for the appointment. He insisted that was fine and proceeded to arrive more than two hours early for his appointment. At this time, our installation team thought that it would be possible to accomplish Mr. ******** vehicle and still have time to finish the client whose vehicle Mr. ****** insisted on interrupting. We began the installation process, and our office manager even used their personal funds to buy Papa ****'s for the client in an attempt to placate his already worsening disposition. After installation, the client elected to have two windows redone despite the owner themself clearing the installation as high-quality work. It was at this time, we were required to bring the previous vehicle in to complete it, as it was becoming increasingly clear the Mr. ****** was not going to be happy with anything other than the rest of our working day's dedication to his service. We reinstalled the aforementioned windows and elected to decline the Heads Up Display on his vehicle as it is not within our services. We wished Mr. ****** the best and even offered a military discount to further offer good faith in this business transaction. As all business owners are aware, there are some customers that will never be satisfied. We offered every bit of excellent service that our company is notorious for.
