      I have been trying to see **** for **** extensions for the past six or seven months although she is talented, this business operates unprofessionally and lacks customer focus. If you were even one day over your fill period, artist will cancel the appointment on the customers behalf and never pick up the phone to call to let you know OR to get you rescheduled for the right service. Instead, she will make you schedule an appointment Instead. Quite a shame, because this is an expensive service that I planned on paying the artist for every two weeks for the foreseeable future. Vilero will continue to lose business due to these reasons. This is a service business so my advice is to serve your customers with the respect they deserve. They can choose anyone, but they choose you, so you need to choose them. When you cancel your customers appointments without picking up the phone to even attempt to coordinate an alternative....you are essentially telling them you dont care about them. Do better, its 2023.
