Business Name: Christian’s Handyman Service of Cedar Park, Tx Date/Money: $500.00 November 16, 2020 Business Committed to Provide: Plumbing Services(from ********* *****) to remove old kitchen sink (before counters were installed) and install new kitchen sink and disposal/ replace all piping underneath. resolution? ********* ***** (via email as he refuses to give phone number) “says” he is out of state and not working, so will not honor the statement he made to me that the work was warrantees and he “stands behind his work” and “always prides himself on clean work” and has been in business for over 20 years. ********* did not give him any time frame on the warrantee he gave on his “master plumber” work, but told me very firmly he “stood behind his work” and had been in business for over 20 years. He now (June 2022) refuses to either fix his major plumbing errors or refund the payment made to him. Also confusing, is he says he is on disability now and not working, but also he said if he was in the area he would come by and fix the sink “free of charge,” but he says he is out of state now in the East Coast. Account tracking: See Check Dispute: In November 2020 we remodeled our Kitchen and ********* ***** (Master Plumber) removed our old Kitchen Sink, Garbage Disposal, and Piping Underneath and installed a New Sink, Garbage Disposal and Piping underneath. ********* was the only plumber who ever worked on the sink ever. Over half a year ago, our Kitchen sink started leaking and recently there was a large leak. I contacted ********* via email when the leak started on the Kitchen Sink he installed - he informed me that he could not help as out of state now. I then contacted another plumbing company who provided attached report and said 2 major plumbing errors had been made in the installation which were “definitely not best practice” and “bad” which was resulting in the leak now. It would be over 600 dollars to fix. 500 dollar refund requested. See attached text
