    8/23/24 $676.74 I was sold a used tire that i was told to be like new. Tire blew out in less than 5 miles. Luckily, I was not on the interstate at this time. This guy is selling tires that could cause major accidents, and possible deaths. Owner is not willing to help With any kind of compensation or quality replacement. I looked too reclaim money, spent due to false claims of quality tires.

    On 12/26/2023, I talked to Joshua at ********************************** ************************ he said he had two used tires for $50 dollars each. I went and got my daughters' car and went up there to get the two tires. and then another person said he had two tires only for $70 each. I decided to get the tires. He then said I need a tire stem, which he charged me but used the old tire stems. He stated i needed a sensor because the one on the car was bad he charged me $68 for a sensor that did not even work. He also charged me a surcharge without explaining this charge before he charged my credit card 3% of my actual balance. I am requesting the $9.59 surcharge, $68.00 sensor, $34 tire stem be refunded to me.

    **** runs the show at his shop with intimidation and aggressiveness. His employees are scared of him, including his own 15 year old son.2 weeks ago I had 2 tires replaced at his shop, the very next week one of them was in such bad shape there was metal sticking out of it. When I brought it in to get it fixed, he refused to accept responsibility, and I stupidly paid $95 for another tire. That tire came off the rim the next morning on my way to work at 3:45 am. He refused a refund on that one and didn't even give a reason. He kicked me out of his store, and said "get that on film", well i did!! . I also bought 2 sensors from this place, and one of them never worked for a single mile. I am $500 deep with this guy and I have 1 tire barely hanging on, a sensor, and 2 days missed work. I also had the tire looked at by another tire shop and Discount Tire, both said this tire was unsafe to drive on, and should have never been put on my car.I felt threatened, and in immediate danger at this place. He even went on to walk behind his gun counter, I think as a form of intimidation during my visit I have audio recording of some of the interaction.

    04/29/2023 On Saturday, 04/29/2023 I went to ****'s Used Tires. I was there because my car needed new tires due to failed state inspection for tire tread being too low. I met **** and let him know I was looking for 2 used tires (advised to me by the inspection facitility) and **** suggested 3, so I said okay. I was told 75 per tire plus the cost of mounting/balances/taxes - diaposal of my old tires was on the house.As the installation of the new tires was nearing completion one the gentlemen working in the shop my front drivers side was losing air and told me they needed to replace it. That should have been sign number 1 - how is an establishment putting tires on cars that are no good. I thanked him and waiting for that tire to be replaced and mounted again. I ********* before 4:00, went back to the inspection place and told the tires installed shouldnt have been sold and would not pass. While driving home the low tire light came on. My front tires should be at 33. I called, let them know that my tire was at 24. **** let me know **** was gone but I could come in to get it fixed. I let him know I couldnt now but I would in the morning. Sunday 04/30/2023. I go to the car to take my son to work, and the tire is flat. I pull out of the driveway and I am riding on a rim. I had to call an uber for my son, and I was left to change the tire. A tire purchased less than 24 hours before, changed after the first tire was faulty, and still told would not pass inspection. After arriving at ******* **** was not there but **** was. I showed him the photos of my car, and I asked for my old tires back. I did not want another tire from this place considering what happned. I was told no - wait for the owner to come. I was not going to waste more of my time not knowing when he would come. I dont want this business to touch my car again! I do not trust them - I simply want a refund because one tire is bad and the other 2 have slow leaks as their tire pressure is also declining.

    **** was supposed to replace 2 tires but put on 2 different size tires for my vehicle. Upon leaving my car tires were not mounted on properly & caused my vehicle to wobble when being driven which hadnt occurred prior. When I went back **** was extremely rude, very short & said he had to order the tires that fit my car CORRECTLY. So he put the wrong size tires on without notifying me. We made a plan for Sunday to replace the tires as he said he was ordering them. Sunday comes along & he says Wednesday instead & on Wednesday he says Friday. (This was over the phone & when my son spoke to him, he hung up on the phone after saying I dont give a **** who you being down here. Friday is today 10/14/2022, I brought my son with me to be a witness to how this man, ****, the owner of the shop, is. We walk in, tell him were here as promised & he begins to tell us that the tires havent arrived and to come back later. When my son asked what time later he says First off, you and I aint gonna get a long & my son says ****, thats fine but how about my moms tires though? I simply asked what time to come back. He then said my son had an attitude on the phone & then told him Get out. Im the owner of this shop. Leave. Go. Now. & forced us out of his shop. Im writing this review to prevent others from being scammed by his prices as my receipt shows prices that Ive never seen added to a used tire before. Also because he was dishonest about my tire sizes he replaced my tires with, his extremely rude ******************* service skills. He refused to fix my tires. Now Im stuck with different size tires, even after we explained how unsafe it was for my car to not have the same sizes on them. He offered a refund before he kicked us out. He said What do you want? You want me to pull those tires off and give you a refund? If we had done that we wouldnt have had a way to get home. So after the first Get out we left.
