    Date 6-17-24, Owner came out to do service call, A/C not working, arrived 745am, went in to attic to check unit, removed part of filter door, incorrectly, pulled A/C filter wrong destroying it left laying on floor, didnt tell me, said drain pipe was clogged up, blew it out with air hose, drained only half of drain pan, not all, said OK will work now, did not go outside at all? Left at 8.00, You cannot do a call in 15 minutes, quit working again, called again, 3.45PM, She said owner was busy, Called back at 4.45PM she said they are busy and she would talk to him in the morning, leaving us with no A/C overnight? Called at *****AM in the morning , said she still had not talked to him, I told her I wanted to to talk to him directly, he was in the office and I could hear him in the background, he said he forgot to tell me he took the filter out , You cannot run A/C without a filter!! He said my coils inside and the blower motor fan were dirty, He didnt pull side panels off to inspect coils, you cant see them, and would have to be pulled out and take outside to be cleaned, and new Freon would have to be put in unit would cost $650.00 but they would do it for $550.00. told her I wanted my $1***** back for the service call and I had paid for a fall service call $60.00 or. $70.00 back also, She said she would talk to owner and call me back? Never heard a word from him or her? called another company and they came out, replaced filter, blew out drain pipe again correctly, making A/C work again, checked A/C inside and out, checked Freon also, checked all coils inside and outside, said all looked good, coils didnt need cleaning. AirChandler was trying on RIP ME OFF!!!!, he was here about a hour and a half and changed Me $89.99.

    Be aware my mother ***** ********* has had a issue with air chandler, will be filing a complain on her behalf, Thank You for your help, We also are going to file a complaint with the state.

    *** ********* had always been happy with our service.  But, he didn't like it when we advised him the price of Pulling & Cleaning the Evaporator Coil & Blower Motor.  But, honestly he really needs a new HVAC system.  We have been to *** ********* house on several different occasions and not charge him anything.    8/18/22 Dirty Filter and we ***** charge a Service Call, Labor or for the NEW filters. Normally this charge would have been $200.00 + .   On 07/14/23 *** ********* signed up for ************** Agreement because he ***** want to pay for a Service Call, Labor & Digital Thermostat full price.  He saved $120.00 for signing up for the ************** Agreement.  We did the summer tune up while we were there.  The ************** Agreements gives you 20% off parts and (1) Summer **** Up & (1)Winter **** Up per year. The Customer was mailed (2) Coupon reminders to call and Schedule the last  Winter **** Up.  *** ********* never did call and schedule his Winter **** Up.  We finally heard from *** ********* on 06/17/24 when his A/C was NOT cooling and leaking water.  *** ********************** went on this service call and found another Dirty Filter (Full of ******** & Hair) and emptied (4) buckets of water due to the Evaporator Coil being stopped up.  *** *********************** recommendations to the Customer was to pull and Clean the evaporator Coil & ************ because it is full of ******** and Animal Hair. This isnt the first time we have made this recommendation.   Customer had advised us that he was on Social Security and couldnt afford very much.  ************ ****** back on Friday and wanted us to come back out because his Drain pan was full of water.  I advised him that until he wants to do *** *********************** recommendation we could not come back out.  He said he ***** have the money and wanted his $110.00 back and that we still owe him a Winter **** Up.  I tried to explain to him that he owed the Service Call of $110.00 and that he was sent (2) reminders to call and schedule his Winter **** Up and chose not to call us.  *** ********************** isnt trying to RIP ************ ********** We are sorry ************ ***** want to take our Recommendations.  We wish him the best of luck.

    **** is try to rip me off, I bought a can of coil cleaner for $13.99 and did it my self and my A/C works fine? **** wanted $650.00. But he said he would  do it  for $550.00. Lot of different in the cost? He has another problem on a job for my Mother, He will be hearing from  her lawyer! He is also contacting the state regulatory department as our lawyer is finding a complaint with them.  It is *** that our family has three *** services from ****?
