    I recently used ASI Appliance for a repair on my noisy dryer and paid an initial $162 for a diagnostic service. My technician, Martin, identified the issue as a problem with the dryer’s ball bearings and belt, explaining that replacing these parts would resolve the noise. After agreeing to the repair, Martin ordered the parts and promptly replaced them on his second visit. While the loud squeaking noise was resolved, other noises persisted, indicating the issue was not fully addressed. Following this partial repair, I received an additional repair quote for $229.49, bringing the total cost of services to over $700. This layered approach felt excessive and left me questioning the thoroughness of the initial diagnosis. I believe ASI Appliance could improve the customer experience by taking the time to conduct a more comprehensive initial evaluation, potentially saving both time and money for customers. In addition to my concerns with the diagnostic process, I encountered challenges in communication. Martin appeared impatient when asked for clarification on billing, which added to my frustration. I eventually reached out to Dawn, who provided a more detailed invoice, but this level of transparency should have been part of the initial service. Due to these issues, I’ve lost confidence in ASI Appliance and will not be doing business with the company again. While the immediate repair was completed, the experience as a whole left much to be desired in terms of diagnostic accuracy and customer service. For future customers, I would advise ensuring clear communication about all possible issues upfront to avoid multiple charges and potential misunderstandings.

    We’ve been using my fridge for almost a year now, since last month we started to hear a loud clicking noise whenever it’s trying to cool, so we called whirlpool. He came over and said it’s normal, I tried to tell him that the noise stared last month but he said that it’s always been there we just never noticed it. That was insulting, cause when we bought this fridge from ******, I returned the first fridge because there was a loud noise, when I replaced it with this one I listened VERY CAREFULLY to see if there’s any noise! And we’re sure that noise wasn’t there before! Anyway, don’t buy WHIRLPOOL!!!!!

    Professional, knowledgeable, courteous service. He was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He provided helpful consumer information and problem resolution. I believe he is an asset to your company and because of my experience with him, I will recommend your company to others. Five stars to the best service technician I’ve had in quite a while.

    After I paid the service call fee the communication ended - I did not get any communication for a time window for my service. I had to call twice to get clarification. During my initial appointment call I asked for service for oven light replacement and microwave repair. Was told to have oven light ready for replacement but when the technician got there was told that they will only look at the microwave. That is not what I was told when I called and made the appointment. The lack of communication and lack of professionalism was disappointing. Will find another company next time.

    The worst experience ever. I been 2 months without my whirlpool washer. 1st appointment Technician burned computer board and no parts to fix. Second appointment month later, no show. My Mom 67y/o waited from 3p-630p. My window was 3p-6p, no one called or showed up. This company should be shut down. Im not sure why ********* contr acts such a company. I pay a monthly fee for warranty and the service is horrible. These companies need to be stopped. Im filing small claims for my time, money, and for ********* to also be held accountable.

    NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY- WORST SERVICE AND RESPONSE IN MARKET - RUN AWAY AND FIND ANOTHER OPTION. THEY DONT CAEE ABOUT CUSTOMER NEEDS. DO NOT RECOMMENDED

    ********* extended warranty uses this company to comply with warranty requests. This company, ASI Appliance, lies and claims to fix the problem then quickly leaves. They've come to our house three times for the same issue; each time they claimed to fix it but did not.

    Assigned these clowns by ******* *** to fix my warranty eligible fridge. My fridge hasn’t worked since before Christmas - over 2 months. Came out & diagnosed the repair - ordered parts. Took 3 weeks to get parts. Supposed to show up on a Wednesday, and I had to call for an update at 4:30 PM to find out he wasn’t going to show up that day. Tried installing new part, and found something else wrong. I wonder why they didn’t find that the first time. Ordered more parts - another 3 week wait. Came back out to install new parts. 4 hours later - he said fridge is ‘fixed’, and left, it still doesn’t work. Levis is horrible, and the ASI in general ****** Horrible customer service. Can’t actually fix the problem. They offered to come back out - I said No Thanks!

    My experience with the ASI Appliance technician (Martin Y) was horrible! I moved to a new home and the first time I used the oven, black smoke emitted which set off the fire alarm. When the fire fighters arrived, they discovered that the fire came from the bottom compartment of the oven, which was not designed to contain anything, unlike most ranges. Then the technician was so rude when I brought his attention to the soot in the microwave. He assumed I wanted him to clean the soot, and walked out on me. If I could give him a zero star, I would. Very unprofessional and zero customer service. In fact, he said he did not care what feedback I gave on his survey. These kind of workers cause their companies to lose valuable business. Overall, I had a negative and distasteful experience.
