5 starsThese are the go-to pros with the know-how and the can-do.American Home shield dispatched six service techs from five different companies attempting to repair my induction cooktop that had two non-working burners. The third company to take a crack at the task came out twice. They ordered a control box and then returned to install it. That didn't work, so they recommended AHS to replace the cooktop.The guys that delivered it were supposed to have installed it but they didn't like the way it was wired so they left, closed out the ticket and told me I needed an electrician. So I had to pay for another service call for "electrical" repair. The electrician came, said the wiring was fine, and then I never heard from AHS. I finally contacted *** and informed them, to their surprise, that I still had a cooktop in a box in my home. Apparently All Appliance and Refrigeration is the go-to when nobody else can figure things out. ***** came in all the way from *************** (about 60 miles away) and had the unit installed and working in no time. And a fine young friendly chap he is, as well. Thank you, All Appliance and Refrigeration, you made my day.Review fromSharon H

5 stars***** was my tech and he was very professional and nice. He came out the same day and immediately diagnosed my problem with the refrigerator, ordered parts needed and came back to install them. 5 starsExcellent service. From 1st call to finished job repair 2 yr ** refrigerator. ******************** clean cut knew exactly what to do Definitely knows his business! Words cannot express how glad we are that we found him and his business if I could give more than five stars, I would. My husband said we will use him for all of our appliance repairs. 5 starsI called All Appliance after having issues with a previous stove delivery/install with a different company (too long of a story to repeat here!?). But All Aplliance was able to schedule me quickly which was much appreciated! The technician showed up on time and got to work quickly and quietly while I worked from home. He answered my questions and within a short time, my install and conversion to LP was done!! After he left, I noticed some minor things and called the office. Within an hour, someone showed up and fixed all my concerns! He was helpful and patient and understood I just wanted it to be perfect! I feel like the price was definitely fair for the level of professionalism and customer service I received from everyone I encountered from this company! I highly recommend! And I will definitely be calling them again with any other appliance needs I have in the future.Review fromAmber N

Hi my name is *******************. My Kenmore washer stop working. I called around to get some help to get it fixed. I called All Appliances and told them that my Husband and I both are battling cancer. I'm 69yrs old and I need a liver transplant and cancer on that liver. I need a transplant. My husband is 64 years old and is battling small Cell Lung cancer. He is having Radiation. I'm going though Chemo for the rest of my life. Liver will give out before the cancer will go away.It was with pride an the belief that God put All Appliances in my life. He is fixing my Washing machine, charged me nothing. Have had ****** fix the washer, replace a gate arm, and replace a water heater on separate occasions. All experiences have been top notch. Very responsive and takes pride in his work.
