    On 5 Jan 2023, I took my 2014 ******** ******** #******** to ********************** Car Wash at ****************************************************************************** and purchased a full service automated wash. After completion of the wash, I noticed the front grill trim was missing and then found the damaged section at the top of the hood in the recessed area for the windshield wipers. The attendant ******* was notified and he took pictures and had me fill out a damage form which I completed. He also said his manager in charge would call me the next day. I never received a call and two days later went back to Drews to inquire on the status. The same attendant ******* said I should have been contacted and remembering my damage, he quickly found the damage form (copy uploaded) and told me he would have management call me soonest. A day later, I called again since no call was received, and I spoke with a representative who passed along a new policy which management informed her would not cover damages for any vehicle older than 2018. I asked for a copy of this policy since it was unknown to me previously and is not displayed at the Drews Car Wash location I frequented. She said there is no written guidance so I asked to speak with her manager. She said he will call me back. To date I have not received a response, and have called back inquiring twice. Attached is a picture of the damaged grill, and a photo of the damage report filled out by the attendant. I would like the damaged area repaired, or equivalent compensation to have it repaired. Thank you in advance for your assistance to resolve this issue.
