    I am filing this complaint due to extremely poor service and the failure to provide proper support when I needed assistance. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly, my concerns were either ignored or dismissed without any real effort to help. I feel that I have not been treated with the basic respect and fairness that any customer deserves.This experience has not only been frustrating but also stressful, as it has disrupted my ability to handle important matters in a timely and professional way. I expected better treatment and a higher level of accountability from a business that claims to serve the ********* this point, I am asking for a formal review of how this situation was handled and for appropriate corrective action to be taken. I believe this issue deserves attention, and I hope it will be resolved with the seriousness it warrants.

    Received a $79.48 settlement check from the ***** v ****************** case from the settlement administrator well after the date of the check issuance. I deposited into my bank account in February 2025 and it bounced causing me to incur bounced check fees.I'd like the dollar value of the check along with reimbursement of bank fee.

    Ms. ********* settlement check (attached) was mailed in March 2024.  The check was void after September 14, 2024, which was noted in the check letter and printed on the check. Because Ms. ******* didn't attempt to cash the check until February of 2025 the funds were no longer available.

    KCC CONNECT is using friends phone numbers to solicit their services. I'm getting text messages from friends with links to KCC CONNECT for legal services.

    I have a settlement check from Computershare/KCC for a class action lawsuit (Threadford vs Horizon) that has expired. I, along with several others, were not made aware of the lawsuit from our employer. I had misplaced the check and just recently located it while organizing my files. I tried to reach by email, but the email address listed on the documentation was returned/rejected. After several attempts to contact via phone, I have not been able to make contact. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm sure a trust to hold unclaimed money was created. If this is the case, Computershare should be able to receive or respond to my emails to replace the check. Please advise/assist.

    **************** was sent a notice packet and received a check per the terms of the settlement.  His check was issued on March 6, 2023 and went stale on July 4, 2023.  After the checks went stale, the residual funds were returned to the defendant per the settlement and the case has been closed.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I was never notified of a lawsuit involving myself until a random piece of mail came to my residence. Since my company did not notify me of the lawsuit either at the time, there was no way to know whether the letter could be considered as fake or spam.  Until I decided to do some research online, it was then when I found the lawsuit's court order that did not state anything about unclaimed monies being returned to the defendant.  After several unsuccessful attempts to contact KCC from myself and the BBB, receiving an update from KCC finally, concerning the return of unclaimed monies, and most importantly, court orders and the judgement information not being circulated to the class members, I am in belief that all of these actions contribute to benefit only the defendant and KCC.  

    Feeling misled and neglected, formal contact with a personal lawyer on my end is definitely in the works.

    In April of 2023 I received a $580 check as initial settlement in the **************** Snap Finance class action suit, with a letter instructing me to return the **9 form to receive my remaining share of $1,969.35 at a later date. I returned the W9 by email on 4/21/23. I followed up by email (because that's apparently the only way you can contact them) on 5/25/23 to make sure they received everything. They are extremely slow to even respond to emails, and when they do they are very brief short responses with no contact information, or they just direct you to the settlement website, which doesn't provide much information at all. On 6/1/23 I emailed again and was told that the 2nd checks would go out in late August. As of 9/20/23 I still hadn't received a check so I emailed again. They responded on 9/21/23 that my check was mailed on 9/19 and I should receive it in the next day or two. By 9/28/23 still no check. I emailed again and received a response on 10/2/23 that they could start the reissue process. On 10/3/23 I confirmed my mailing address and claim number so they could start their reissue process. Only for them to finally respond that they never received my W9 (after I had reached out several times before, asking for someone to confirm that they received it!!) and unfortunately now "all the funds have been distributed" (like how can they even do that? did someone else receive my share? sounds super shady to me!) Now they are telling me there is nothing more they can do to possibly until January of next year and that I might not even get the full amount , if anything, at that time. I am furious because I did everything they asked and tried so many times to make sure there were no issues only to find out they did this to me. All because they can't be bothered to personally check on things and respond to people or let them know if they are missing any paperwork or not.

    I just received settlement check in mail. It arrived late as I had a house fire and was not living at this address. I have tried contacting bank, 800# and website. I would like a check reissued to my home address as I am back in the home. This was mot my fault and received check that is old and can not be cashed.     I was part of the Yermakovych ** ********************************* class action settlement which settled in King ****** Superior Court on March 10th, 2023. The settlement checks were supposed to be issued at the end of May; however, when calling the hotline number, customer service has no info regarding when the checks will be distributed, which seems odd, since the case was settled on March 10th according to the court clerk and the deadline for submitting a claim was April 21. It doesn't take 3 months to send a check.

    I was supposed to be re-issued a check six months ago and this company keeps giving me the run around. I've provided them numerous documents and they have told me they have all they need on several occasions yet they are not sending the check. My claim number is YF-******* I'm terribly disappointed in my experience with this company and expect them to do the right thing and send out the check right away. My last response from them was on June 7th where they stated: - KCC Hello, We apologize for the lengthy delay. I didnt see your request being fulfilled and I escalated your email.Your name change request was forwarded to Case Team for processing but in order to complete it, they need a W-9 which reflects the name as you would like it to appear on the check. Would you please forward us a copy of the new W-9?- I then replied with the documentation - KCC Hello,Thank you so much for your prompt response. I will forward your W9 to the case team for resolution.

    I was part of the ******* Class Actioon Lawsuit for securities fraud that was settled in June, 2020. *******, part of KCC, collected my financial information regarding losses in ******* and was representing me as part of the class action lawsuit. For 3 years, ******* has been giving me the runaround regarding a settlement distribution. It appears that they never plan to distribute the settlement proceeds. I am reporting them to the Vallejo Attorney General.
