    To whom it may concern!This complaint is about disputes over the move out reconciliation report (as attached) that Aggieland Property Management has sent us. This report dated on 08/25/2022, we have received after a week from 08/25/2022 in our mailbox at our new address. The report is about final balance after we move-out from their property addressed at *********************************************************************, ***************, ** ****, where we lived happily like about 4 years. As we had deposit of $800 with them, we were expecting that we will get a part of it as refund after move-out. But after opening the report, we came to know that it is asking us to pay about $296 extra amount along with our deposit. Therefore, we directly went to their office to dispute this and to discuss about the process to look upon such dispute. On that day when we have visited their offie, luckily we found manager herself at the front desk. She gave us email ID of dispute department within their organization and asked us to reach out via email in this regards. We have then sent the first email on 09/05/2022 (as attached). As we were not getting any response from them we have sent a reminder after a week on 09/12/2022. Until now we don't get any response. I mean, not even first response to initiate to talk about this dispute. Main point, as per their notice, we have to pay this amount within 30 days. Now, we are left with about 10 days or so. This is not fair at all. At one hand they are imposing a deadline and one the second hand they are not coming out to look into our dispute complaint.With this, we thinks that we never ever won't pay a *****. I am a postdoc researcher doing research to make this world better with minimum available funding. So, we think that this is not fair at all. We appreciate in advance for your all efforts from BBB.Thank you.Manish
