This experience has occurred between March 19-April 16. On March 19 , I had hair appointment and videos were taken of me. I asked multiple times that I do not want my videos on their TikToK page but despite my request and without giving any consent or release , they posted my video of them doing my hair on TiKToK to gain business with complete disregard for my privacy . This business has overcharged for services that was not provided . I spent over $3000 on hair piece that I was told would last 4-6 weeks. Only to have it come off in less than 3 weeks. With it my own hair was pulled out . To fix this problem they charged me another $2650 to correct their mistake . They were not transparent about this cost when I went in to have this fixed and when I raised concern about this , the owner threatened me by saying he will beat the c*** out of you if I didnt pay their price . He also kept an old piece of hair from me that I had purchased elsewhere for $800 and half colored it and it is now destroyed property.****** (the owner) made me feel trapped and when I would say no to a service he kept pushing and insisting and will not take no for an answer . The charges were not discussed or disclosed prior to this last service which I thought would just be a fixing of the damage that was done by them. I have suffered financial loss and damages as well as damages to my hair and emotional damage that I was scammed and taken advantage of by this business . I read some reviews now on the business and the negative comments seem to be inline with my exact experience .Thank you for looking into this and assisting .
