    *************************** was told on numerous occasions that ******* and ************************* have cognitive impairment issues and are not the contact for any business matters. *************************** previously acknowledged that the power of attorney for ******* and ************************* is ******************* and therefore is the contact person regarding his solicitation for roofing business. *************************** proceeded to have ******* and *********************************** a roof repair contract on 9//6/2023 for damages that do not exist. ******************* contacted ***************** on 9/28 to advise his actions were improper and to void the contract. ****************** verbally agreed to void the contract and he did not act in the ************** by dealing with ******* and ************************* instead of *******************. However, ****************** refuses to send written documentation of the cancellation. The resolution to this situation is for *************************** to simple send a cancellation of the contract in writing.

    Our clients are Mr. and *************** and we still consider our contract valid. If **************** is in fact the legal power of attorney for the Young's we would need to see proof of that. Our contract clearly reads that  if you wish to cancel the contract it needs to be done in writing within three days by certified mail. If **************** would like to send us a certified letter of proof of her power attorney and request we cancel the contract we would most definitely consider the matter.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have provided this company a copy of the *** in 2009 when they did previous work for ******* and *************************, again in 2021 and again in 2023. I have attached all the most current documents again. The business owner has verbally stated he did not want to do business with Mr and ************** so we are simply asking that he follow the proper protocol when someone is notified a person is medically incapable of making any business or financial decisions. There is no reason to delay sending a cancellation other than poor business practice. I am the only advocate for my parents with dementia. I have obtained all the legal documents and supplied them to the business previously. You will see in their own document from 2009 that they noted I am the contact. This was after they received proof I am the power of attorney then as well. Based on the documents presented, I am still seeking a cancellation to the contract which is the minimum considering this company has been fully aware of the unfortunate medical conditions of ******* and *************************.

    We contracted in 2009 to do the Young's roof. The Young's told us to contact **************** if we could not reach them.  The Young's signed the contract without saying anything about a power of attorney and a power of attorney was never given to us.

    Our current contract is with the Young's. We are also bound by this contract and are liable. If **************** would kindly cooperate with what is stated in the contract and request that the contract be voided per certified letter to our office as stated in the contract we would be more than willing to accommodate after research of the power of attorney through our own attorney.  I have spoke with ************** and he still wishes to pursue a replacement roof.

    I would also like to point out this complaint is listed as a consumer complaint and **************** is not our client nor do we know her.

    I am rejecting this response because: I attached the power of attorney showing that I am the proper person to contact and the contract entered into with ************* is invalid. ************* cant make any decisions based on the documents attached and continued contact with him is in direct violation of the legal documents presented to the company. I have attempted to contact the company on numerous occasions trying to provide the *** directly to the company. The company owner refused to allow the documents to be emailed to him. Again, the power of attorney and additional documents were provided through this complaint as well. AllPro roofing has been put on notice to stop all communications with Mr and **************. They are incapable of making any financial decisions and ****** has been told verbally and in writing. I will send the certified notice to company per their request. **************** phone has been forwarded to ******************* so its impossible that AllPro has been in contact with ************* unless they are going in person. AllPro should cease any contact with Mr or ************** until this is resolved.
