shady company, imedieltty emailed and tried to call to start return / refund 2 minutes after my order was placed as the shipping they charged was extremely high. They emailed 3 days later saying the items shipped and refund can't be processed. On 9/22/24, I placed an order with UTV Source LLC for a windshield to fit my 2024 ****** Wolverine X4 UTV. I typed the vehicle information in the website search field and purchased a windshield that populated for the ****** Wolverine X4 UTV. The product I selected did not indicate specific model years that the product would fit. I began installing the windshield and noticed it was going to be too big to fit my UTV. I contacted UTV Source via email for customer service and was told the windshield would not fit my model year. I inquired about a refund and they explained that the product is not eligible for refund because the installation had been started. The only part of the installation I completed is installing a piece of rubber weather stripping at the bottom of the windshield. Otherwise, the product is in new condition. The lack of information on the website lead me to ordering the wrong product. When confirming this information I also noticed some of the text you type in the search field changes after you hit enter i.e. specific model numbers and the manufacturer year entered. This type of advertising is misleading and caused me to make the wrong purchase. On April 15th I placed an order for 4 wheels and 4 tires from UTV Source (order #****** for $1859.71. $1675.96 for the products and $49.67 for Shipping and $134.08 for taxes.) on April 17th I receive most of 4 wheels and 3 tires. As of today May 23,2024 I still haven't received a resolution to my issue. I paid for a product, shipping and taxes. I have not received all the items I purchased and all i get is an I am sorry. I reached out to ***** to resolve this issue and I have been told the shipper has to file a claim. I reached out to UTV Source ***************** I provide them with CCTV footage of ***** delivering 3 tires and I still don't have a resolution to my issues. I feel UTV source is obligated to have a contingency plan for situations like this they promptly took my payment and did not fulfill there obligationBusiness Response

Purchased 4 tires on UTVSource Part #UTVS0027827. Second line in the description it states, "This DOT approved all-terrain UTV tire is perfect for both the highway and the backwoods...". Got the tires yesterday and all 4 tires are stamped with NHS(Not for ***************** I email the company letting them now either they have false advertisement or I got the wrong tires and their reply was.."I wanted to clarify that according to our warehouse, we have not offered DOT-approved tires for about a year and a half now. Consequently, all the tires we currently sell are not intended for highway use. We apologize for the inconvenience." The customer keeps sending these all over the place but in fact the customer was in the wrong ordering the incorrect part and trying to blame us. The listing is for 2015-2020 model vehicles and the customers vehicle is a 2012 model. On Jan 5, 2023 I ordered a part from from UTV Source, paid $745.99 for the product and that cost includes purchase protection. The item hasnt been shipped or processed from what I see. *** sent emails to them wondering what is going on with and finally got a response on Friday Jan ************************************************** first of this week and nothing. *** emailed again wondering the status of the order and have tried calling and no answer. I dont have a tracking number or anything to even see the status of the order. All I want is for them to ship the product to me or for them to give me my money back. In late June 2022 I purchased over ******** worth of accessories for my new Polaris RZR from UTV Source online website. 1 fire extinguisher 1 set LED whips 1 spare tire carrier 1 aluminum roof 1 glass windshield The first item I received was the spare tire carrier and it was incorrect. I contacted UTV source customer service and they explained to me that I ordered the wrong part for a different vehicle. I explained that I looked at my original order and disagree that I gave them the incorrect information. Regardless, I sent the spare tire back to them and I paid the shipping and restocking fee.Furthermore, I asked ***** from customer service to PLEASE verify the remaining items and make sure they are the correct fit prior to delivery. Several days later I received the aluminum roof and it was for a totally different vehicle and does NOT fit for mine. I called and spoke to ***** on a recorded line and he admitted that they sent the wrong part. After patiently waiting several days for a response, I called customer service back AGAIN. busy signal for over an hour. I finally reached another CS agent and explained my issue and he said he would have Janry call me back. That never happened! I had to call back several times to get a hold of *****. After several back-and-forth emails I was told that I would have to pay for the shipping and restocking fee or they would deduct it off of my credit.I have never been treated with this type of customer service by any company, they dont seem to have a supervisor or anyone in charge that can take care of a customer complaint and have resolution. I will never buy from this company again and I want resolution. All I want is to return my item that does not fit, I dont want to be charged a restocking or shipping fee yet they refused to do that!Very unprofessional conduct from this company!Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:This is incorrect, your customer service agent clearly admitted to sending the wrong part(s) furthermore, you have staff that is not familiar with the English language which causes an enormous communication issue that you are refusing to address. Jandy is the specific agent that has a major language barrier that has caused this issue!

I placed an order ( ****** ) on Monday June 6th 2022. UTV Source sent me the wrong item and I contacted them immediately to report the error. I spoke to **** and after discussing the issue with her she asked for pictures of the shipping box multiple times. I sent everything she asked for. Then on June 16th Chel sent me the return shipping info for the incorrect item to send back to UTV Source. I sent the item back within the next couple days. The item was received by UTV Source on 06/2732022 at 1:22pm signed by ******. They tried to re-send the roof without asking or telling me and I had to refuse the item at delivery and had it returned to sender. I have repeatedly asked for help from Chel and now from anyone that will listen. **** has refused to respond to my calls and emails since 06/30/2022. I am still waiting for my refund of the item $779.95 and the shipping charge for the item $44.99 for a total of $824.94. I have nothing from this order, everything was returned to UTV source and received by UTV source. I cannot resolve the issue as NOBODY there will return my messages in regards to this case.
