    Very professional before the sale, during the installation, and after the installation. They have followed up to make sure I am happy with my new system and offered to come fix anything I am not happy with.

    Wonderful work! Older home that needed a lot of duct work and insulation replaced. They kept me informed when they would arrive and how long it would take. Extremely professional company that I would use again if needed and would recommend highly!

    My ac leaked for 6 months due to poor installation. They came out and put a bandaid on it, still leaking and I'm having to pay a contractor to fix what his contractor did not! Left rotting moldy wood and no insulation. Also cut a hole in my floor in 2 places because he did not want to go under the house. Terrible experience all around with no reply when asking them to come fix what they left and broke! Sad thing is I've been closed friends with the owner over 35 years.

    As with any complaint, we take this very seriously. As a 51-Year-old Company would, with A+ Rating with BBB. after reviewing our Records and discussing issues with Mrs. King, we have come to the determination that with any A/C System they must have Maintenance Yearly to make sure they are operating correctly and safe, and that the Warranty will be in good standing with Manufacture. (Must have Maintenance Yearly to keep in good standing with Manufacture Warranty) Thats the condition in Conditional Warranty. We installed system 5-19-17(Equipment only) Gave a $2500.00 Discount due to lack of funds and Friend. Unit leaked water from my knowledge on or around 8-18-21. Per our Records after Installation on 5-19-17, we was out 8-16-2017 Replaced Warranty Motor at no charge. 5-05-20 Was out and fixed freon leak and added freon at no charge. 8-18-2021 Replaced drain line No Charge. 10-26-21 Repaired broke Drain line No Charge. We send out a customer Email to all Customers reminding them to get yearly Maintenance on A/C and Heating System, 2 Times a Year. This System has not had maintenance since we installed, (other than repairs listed above) It had repairs, but when we go to repair we do not give a full complete maintenance service as there isn't time to do so unless called by Customer and scheduled through office for Seasonal Maintenance, which gives allotted time to do full Maintenance on System. I don't think it would be fair to remodel something that was leaking for 6 Months, even though we did replace drain line at no charge. and at what time did this machine leak Water for 6 months? if Homeowner had knowledge of a leak for 6 months why did it go on so long without Servicing? seams unfair to Remodel a $6500.00 repair that we had nothing to do with other than installing the Equipment at a Great Discount. Hard to help without getting the short end of things, if it was our fault why did it take 4 Years to arise? I care deeply for this person, but again where is the fairness Of this matter. We sent out a reputable Contractor to help in this matter, He stated by no means was all Damage done was due to A/C leaking water, when he tried to help Repair any damage under Unit, they wanted way to much repaired for fairness, again we tried to help in this manner due to Friendship, not fault. Also when Contractor inspected under house he found about 500-800 Sq Foot of house with no Insulation at all.
