      I was in a rear eneded on august 4th and my car is still not to the point it was prior to the accident this is through an insurance claim and we took the car too ****************************************** buckalew collision center and they did not even have the adjuster from the insurance come out and look at the car the last interaction we had the lady in the office had a nasty attitude told us we were lucky they even tried to help re align my back hatch back due to no direct damage from the accident meaning the damage was already there before according to them, the matter of fact was that my car was not having this problem prior and now they are saying there is nothing more then they can do I am still paying on this car so I fulley expect it to be in the condition were I will not receive water damage in the back of my vehicle due to the laziness of the stuff and then neglect that my car has received while being repaired an additional 1900 was paid out of pocket for the front end work to be repaired and the second ********* we took it to informed us that the damage to the front end parts were also due to the accident that we were in the photos that will be included show how my car is not fully closing in the back and the elements are entering into the vehicle I would also like them to refund us the money from the other 1900$ worth of damage they said was not related to the accident after find out it was and confronting them they could not confirm weather or not it was taken apart and diagnosed just that they knew it wasnt damage from the accident just like they knew my hatch back was supposed not damage in the accident as well built I can 100% confirm the car we are still financing was not in this condition prior to the accident occurring

      I talked to Mrs. ******** when we got the complaint. I explained to her we can only do the work the insurance company approves. They feel like there is other damage to the liftgate and some front end parts caused by the wreck. We have contacted the insurance company and requested they send an adjuster out to inspect the car. As of this morning no adjuster has come to look at the car. We can only do work the insurance company approves or work the customer agrees to pay for. I talked to Mrs. ******** again this morning and let her know that no adjuster has been out to look at the car. This is between the owner of the car and the insurance company.

      My truck is in the dealership with same problem I paid them to fix less than 2 months ago. I paid them to fix my truck, they said what was wrong and quoted me a price, I agreed and paid for the repairs. Now they want me to pay another 1400 dollars to fix it again when it is the same problem. After quoting me the 1400 dollars I responded by text that the repair has already been paid. Since this text they started ignoring me, so I do not know what they are doing.

      This is the first i have heard of this complaint. That being said, Mr ****** did have is vehicle in on May 10th for a brake issue and we found a brake booster issue with it sticking. He oked the replacement approx. $1300.  We replaced the booster and he picked the vehicle up. He was back again and needed a EBCM Valve, also part of the brake system. Approx estimate of $1100. Since he had recently been in the shop we agreed to only charge him $500. He oked repairs and it was repaired and he paid $500 and he picked up the vehicle. Again, this is the first time we have heard of any other issue or complaint. I called Mr Lauhon this morning and left a voicemail to call me if he has any concerns on these repairs.
