    I had a service performed by Gullo Toyota on my '20 Toyota Tacoma for a new wheel/tire installation and four-wheel alignment on 7/23 at 10:30 AM. I was assigned to service advisor Emily who told me the service would take 3-4 hours to complete. I returned back to Gullo Toyota at 3:50 PM (10 mins before close) to ask about my service as I was never kept updated. I was told Emily had left for the day but they are finishing up my vehicle, so I decided to wait since they were closed on Sunday and I needed my vehicle for Monday. After waiting an hour past closing to get my vehicle, I was extremely concerned and disappointed when I noticed my steering wheel was completely misaligned and not centered when driving straight. I also started hearing and feeling loud popping, creaking, and metal-to-metal contact sounds when making normal turns while driving. I quickly called back on Monday to ask what had happened and why I received my vehicle back in such bad and unsafe condition, especially after paying a large amount of money because I wanted this service to be performed by what I believed were the specialists for my vehicle. They agreed to take back my vehicle and look at my concerns so I took off work early to come back again on 7/25 at 3:00 PM. I waited once again and overheard Kenny, Emily, and a new technician say the previous technician, Austin, was a trainee who did a poor alignment job which was the reason for my issues. I asked several times about a refund for my experience but never got an answer from Emily or Kenny (manager). I noticed nothing was fixed after picking up my vehicle and that now there was also physical damage on my steering wheel. I left my vehicle with them for nearly a week to look at it again but was told my wheels and tires were causing "internal rubbing". I asked for a video of this rubbing sound to assure me of the issue but was told it is not possible and nothing further can be done. I am concerned for my safety and unfixed damage to my truck.

    At first it was a pretty good experience. But this last time was just plain rude/annoying. I called earlier in the day about a recall on my truck asking if I should set an appointment. I was told that if I wanted to ok but if I came later that day I would get right in. So I came a couple of hours later. Waited and waited. No one came to talk to me. I went looking. It was 3 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon there was maybe 5 people in the waiting room with me. When I finally tracked someone down they then told me it wouldn't get done that day because they had 150 people in front of me. I mean really "150 people". Needless to say I left and took my truck someplace else
