1 starThe saleswoman lied about my title being transferred for my car I traded in. No one would return my calls or emails about getting my registration/title of my old car out of my name. I will never purchase a car from Keating Nissan again. I regret purchasing from them.Review fromGeoffery W

1 starVery poor communication. Online they say they will give 35-41k for my trade. Get to the dealership and all the sudden it’s worth 28k. Armada online is 65k but at dealer it’s 75k, 0% interest is only for customers that are putting down 40%!!!!!! Who puts 40% down. False advertising and very poor bait and switch tactics that are obvious. I really regret purchasing my first vehicle there. Will never go back. This is the second time they tell you one thing talking to someone online then at the dealership it’s totally different. Zero trust. They tell you one thing to get you there then give you the runaround about the online deals. Don’t advertise online trade value, don’t advertise 0% interest and don’t advertise online deals if you won’t honor them once in the dealership.Review fromLisa D

1 star**FALSE/DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING** This dealership is 65 miles from my house. I chose it because they had a very specific car I was interested in. I drove up there to test drive it June 24th. I went back yesterday (July 4th) hoping to purchase it. Their prices change frequently. Through yesterday I had pictures and screenshots for this specific car with prices of $34,792, $34,902, $34,942, $34,993 and $35,392. Yesterday they initially wanted $34,993 and weren’t willing to honor any of the lower prices. They couldn’t even come close to my credit union’s financing options. After the sales rep’s third trip to talk to the sales manager they increased the price to $37,993! They added $3,000 to the price because I wasn’t going to finance with them! We walked out. The manager chased us out the door claiming he would honor the advertised price. It was far too late at that point. Today they have the car advertised for $34,293. I tried posting a similar review on Google and it doesn't show up.Review fromKhalid R

1 starMost of the 1 star reviews does highlight so well the business practice Nissan Keating follows up. Nowhere to be find that to get 0% 72 month deal, 40% of the car price to be paid off and sales man will just drag you in with promises. you'd only get what they offer once you're into deal. Also no value to return customers at all. Wish never get the first car from them ether.Review fromJim M

Worst car buying experienced . After having contact with a used car salesman , never a written quote was furnished.Verbal responses of “I’ll check with my manager” was given for all contacts with this sales person. Everything this salesman said was less than truthful and ethically and morally flawed.Keating Nissan

Unprofessional dealership: Price for a Used Nissan Rogue was $17,551 online, $46 above the high end value on Kelley Blue Book. Not a big deal, really. But then we got inside and they started trying to hustle us for another $499 above that. We were gonna buy the vehicle, but not if it meant letting ourselves get taken advantage of like that.Keating Nissan

Dear Philip *****, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to personally reach out to you and express my sincere apologies for the negative experience you had during your recent visit to our dealership. We take your feedback seriously, and we deeply regret any inconvenience or frustration you may have experienced. First and foremost, we appreciate your interest in the Used Nissan Rogue and your willingness to consider our dealership for your purchase. Your time and trust are valuable, and we did not meet your expectations, which is something we take to heart. Regarding the discrepancy in pricing you mentioned, we understand that it can be disconcerting when the online price differs from the Kelley Blue Book value. We want to clarify that our online prices are often based on various factors, including market conditions, vehicle condition, and the unique features of each car in our inventory. Nevertheless, we acknowledge that this may have caused confusion, and we will strive to provide clearer information in the future. Furthermore, we deeply regret any discomfort you felt during your visit due to the additional $499 that was presented to you. We never intend to make our valued customers feel pressured or taken advantage of in any way. With extensive marketing research, you will see that our dealer add on is openly bannered on our website. Not only are we hundreds, but thousands of dollars cheaper than any other dealer in the state with dealer add-ons. This was clearly not the experience we want our customers to have, and we are committed to improving our processes to ensure transparency and fairness. Once again, please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you encountered, and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We look forward to the opportunity to make amends and restore your faith in our dealership. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Sincerely, Keating NissanReview fromBrian F

I attempted to purchase a new Nissan Titan from this dealership. I found a truck I liked on their website. I all but completed the process of an online purchase, but set up an appointment to test drive it first, having communicated the week prior about wanting to complete the purchase at the dealership. After much haggling, the sales manager refused to honor the price I had agreed to pay according to their website. The excuse was that their website is run by a third party, who had mistakenly doubled the rebate amount ($3000) in the formula the website uses to calculate total price, and refused to accept responsibility for the mistake, and I left without a new truck. Over 24 hours later, this "mistake" was still on their website as I've calculated pricing for several other vehicles, and those figures show the same discount. If it truly is a mistake, I shouldn't have to make up the difference as the sales manager pressured me to do, which after more analysis, seems like yet another sleazy ploy to just get customers in the door. It's a shame that people can't just be authentic.Keating Nissan

1 starBuyer be AWARE!! I wish I had read these reviews before doing any business with Keating Nissan. So many lies, bait-and-switch, false advertising. Truck online for $43,000 turned out to be over $70,000..WTF...Finance guy added fraudulent numbers to contract to make the sale. This should be illegal. Took several weeks of emails and calls to get them to pay off trade in. Had to go to several different websites to get dealer ad on's like Apex removed. Been buying vehicles for over 30 yrs, worst experience I have ever had. I am telling everyone I know not to do any business with Keating Nissan.Review fromSusan B

Keating Nissan is rip off's! Both my husband and I went to try and purchase a truck, with the sale that they had "$10,000 MSRP off" ONLINE. My husband had already did the application online and his credit was pulled during the process. We had an appt. and the sales guy, as we all know, did his talking and we took it for a spin. Went back to the office and he ask if we were going to put down, and I said we are trading in my 2020 Rogue (which was still being financed through Nissan Corp). So, he went to his manager and during that time, my husband's phone was going off (getting text from Experian that there was a credit check). The sales guy came back and I asked him why are they checking his score when he already did an application online? He says that they were trying to see what banks were better for interest? like wth?! I immediately told my husband, that's not right. The sales guy said he'll try to work the "numbers"?...came back and said we have to put more than $500 down and maybe like $3000 down if we could? First of all, we have been customers with Nissan for over 20 years and have NEVER put down more than $500, with trade-in's! So I was already upset, and the sales guy said it was my husband's credit score?? My husband's credit score was almost 700! and he tells us it was low 600's?? Liar! I told my husband lets get the heck outa here...then the sales guy said that we could put down $6500 and our payments would be $1000 per month, with the trade in and $6500 down?? that means the so called $10,000 MSRP is not even in play anymore! Like I said, they are not there to help people...especially now, they want they're money and that's all....!!! I'm going to put this on Nissan's website as well...Unhappy customer! BTW, we have NEVER walked out of a Nissan store without a new car after 20 plus years!Keating Nissan
