On September 9th, 2022, CH&P Management was issued a check for $96.90. This check for $56.90 should have been issued to Consolidated Communications, Conroe TX., not CH&P Management. When I was in the program, Pay Bill, instead of going directly across to the box for Consolidated Communications, I went up a box and entered the amount in the CH&P Management box by mistake. Shortly after, I received a letter from Consolidated Communications indicating my service would be terminated without payment. Went in Bill Pay Program and found the mistake I had made. Sent Consolidated Communications their money and then contacted CH&P Management to let them know the money they received from me was my mistake and would they send a refund. They said yes, they would send a refund. After many called attempts, and their many excuses for not sending a check for $56.90, they have not sent a refund to date. CH&P Management, 1712 N Frazier St Ste 215, Conroe, TX 77301, manages the subdivision, Red Oak Ranch, Conroe, TX., where I own lot 33 and have for many years. Have always paid yearly dues on time. The person who I have been in contact with is Adrianna Nand. It is time to send the check and stop the excuses and do the right thing and send a check for the amount of $56.90. 11-8-22 I called Adriana Nand with CH&P Management, but she didn’t take my call. That afternoon, she called back. She asked if I had “gotten my check” and I said, “No”. She said they mailed it on the 15th. She asked, “Do you have two addresses, and I replied, “Yes”. She said the check was mailed to the Lake Forest Drive address. That address has not been used in a few years by me. I replied they should have received the check back by now. She asked if there was a receptacle of any kind at the Lake Forest Drive address and I said, “No”. She said she would have to look into this situation and get back to me. No news to date from her. What’s interesting is that they use the Old Smith Road address for all their correspondence with me, including the yearly HOA dues bills. So why would they use an address to mail a check when they have not used that address for their correspondence with me? Sounds like another excuse. Leslie Smith
