      I have made repeated attempts via email, phone and social media, requesting that the stop delivery to my address. The paper continues to come and no response from the company.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  

      As I was afraid of, while the paper says the above. Today, paper showed up again littering my driveway. Interestingly, I noticed neighbors around me did not have a paper but there on my driveway. was the paper. Tried to attach photo but would not upload.

      The paper you are receiving is the Community newspaper and not the Houston Chronicle. I have forwarded your address to the 3rd party vendor ensuring your is flagged to stop all deliveries.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  

      This is now the second time I am having to file this. After repeated requests and a previous complaint and statement from the company stating they would stop delivering their garbage(paper) to my address. They doubled down and today I have two papers on my front property. The disrespect and lack of social responsibility is egregious.
