    *****************************, managing member of "Wooden you like this LLC" requested 50% deposit for a fence and iron gate project at our property. The full deposit of the amount of 11.8K was paid to him end of March. He promised to start the work April 4rd.As soon as he collected the money he declared his aunt had been in an accident and he could not start the work. He rescheduled for the beginning of the following week. On the following Tuesday he texted he was running late. Then he texted he needed the rest of the week to finish a job where "people were chewing off his ears". He promised he would start the following Monday, " a clean slate" he said. On the following Monday, April 17th, we waited for him again. He texted he was going to ********** and would be there to start the work. He then emailed he was cancelling the job and would give us our money back " in a timely manner". No work was ever done. He promised he would send us the money back. We never saw a dime. He holds $11, 800 of our money. This is theft. He has also deleted his buisiness ******** page.
