    I had scheduled a move about a week before my move on 3/15/23 Called a couple of days before the move to confirm and was given the wrong address and the wrong time.Took movers ****************************************** the street. I was quoted $160 per hr. for two men and a truck fee. ****** explained nothing else on the phone. I asked if they had a Sr. ******** and it was $10!!I had everything boxed and ready to go..1 bed/dresser/night stand..2 sofas and chairs..i dining table/4 chairs...washer and dryer..1 computer stand and one corner cupboard and one piano which I was told they were capable of moving. The piano was dropped off of the ****** x2. It took 5 hrs to load this minimal move. When it was time to pay I was told I had not given them a time quote on the # of hrs. Needed. I was not offered any such info. when I initially contacted ******. Took 5 hrs to unload and several items were left wrapped in plastic which ****** ( had called him a couple of days after the move) told me they could unwrap for a fee. The movers had the audacity to ask me for a tip twice!! ****** said I should have called him during the move if I thought it was taking too long. No one came out prior to the move (and I have moved several times in my 70+ yrs) to see the minimal items I had to move and to give me a quote on time. When I spoke with ****** he said they never come out and again I should have called. during the move!! He kept "dancing" around the issue and I was out $1680 for this incompetince with nothing more than an "I'm sorry". I just hope no one else uses this company and their sketchy business practices. Thank you!
