    I originally ordered a roof rack in mid November for a Christmas present. After weeks of calling multiple times to check in for a tracking number, I was told on several occasions that I will be getting an email later that day as the item was now again in stock. Never received this. By end of December I still had not heard anything and did not have any charges on my card or pending charges, I submitted a request to cancel my order. Two days later now there is a pending charge on my card and I am told that I cannot cancel the order because it has already been shipped (no email with tracking information). Return policy and procedure requested. I have emailed multiple times, called multiple times, left several voicemails. Finally hearing back I do have to pay for shipping even though I tried to cancel the order before I was 1 charged, and 2 had been told anything regarding shipping. I have tried many times to speak with a manager/supervisor and there is conveniently never one available, have not received a call back, and there is no extension or email to reach them directly. If I was just returning an item for buyers remorse I would understand paying the incredibly big shipping fee, but as I had tried to cancel it before it had shipped/been charged having to pay the hundreds of dollars for the return shipping fee is ridiculous. We have also tried to return the item to the distribution center ourselves as we have the means to do so and it is close, but this is not allowed.

    This is a Website order we do not handle those at the store level unless the customer comes in or calls the store. We have no record of this person ever coming to our location. She was refunded on 12/29/2023

    I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. I was trying to place a complaint regarding the online services/customer service, not with this particular store location. I apologize to this store. Thank you for your help.

    Ordered a leveling kit (Order *********). Received tracking information on the order which the next day showed being delivered and signed for in Coppel, TX. I have emailed 4 Wheel Parts without a response, I also cannot get ahold of anyone by phone. All I want to know is the true status of my order yet cannot get ahold of anyone.
