      An invalid debt was referred to this agency. Without verifying the debt, this agency proceeded to report it to my credit bureau file. I learned from my ******** member this reporting of this unconfirmed, invalid debt, caused my score to drop 20 points. I have also learned from ********, this company did not wait notify me within 5 days of receiving the file, and they did not wait 30 days to allow me opportunity to dispute the invalid debt. It is against the Fair Credit Reporting for this company to knowingly report a false, unverified debt to my credit bureau file.

      Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Inaccurate Debt Collection by Credit Management LP for ************ Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Credit Management LP for placing an inaccurate debt on my credit report, allegedly on behalf of ************.After receiving notification of this debt, I contacted ************ directly and received a confirmation letter (attached) stating that no such debt exists. Despite this, the collection agency has continued to pursue this claim, resulting in a negative remark on my credit report.I attempted to resolve this issue by following the instructions provided by the collection agency, which included filing a dispute online. However, after filling out the dispute form, I encountered an error message when trying to submit it.
