This business is used as a third party for payments for ********* On two separate occasions (April 2022 & October 2022) in the last seven months, KUBRA has failed to send my request for my electric bill payment for my AES Ohio bill to my financial institution, *********** Credit Union. The first time I wasn't charged a return check fee, but AES Ohio did charge me $15.00 in December's bill. Upon contacting AES Ohio, they said that I stopped payment, that the problem is with my credit union, and I should contact them. Per WPCU, I have never stopped it, which has been verified. If I stopped payment they would have charged me $9.00 for doing so. Also, per WPCU, there have been no electronic payment requests attempted on my checking account by AES Ohio or KUBRA. KUBRA's mistakes are causing issues for my eligibility for being on the Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP), and have now made it where AES Ohio WILL NOT ACCEPT any electronic bill payment from me through my credit union. This is causing me to incur credit/debit card usage fees of $1.95 each time I make a payment. KUBRA should have to pay for the return check fee since this is not any fault of mine. I have tried to call KUBRA several times and I have failed to talk to anyone.
